With its own private entrance, our spacious home is spread over two floors and has off-road parking for up to 3 cars. On the ground floor, you'll find a comfy lounge with seating for 7, a 65" flat-screen TV, and patio doors leading out to a fully enclosed private rear garden. The open-plan kitchen diner is perfect for entertaining and comes fully equipped for all your basic cooking needs. The dining area seats 8, and the kitchen features an under-counter fridge and freezer, a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, and induction hob. You'll also find a kettle, toaster, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary pods provided. There is also a side door that leads out to the rear garden.
Downstairs also has a WC and bedroom 2, with a king-size zip-and-link bed that can be set up as single beds on request. Upstairs, there are 4 double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom boasts another king-size zip-and-link bed and has its own en suite walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 also has a king-size zip-and-link bed, and bedrooms 4 and 5 both offer double beds. All bedrooms include wardrobes for hanging and storing your clothes. Lastly, the modern family bathroom upstairs offers a bath with a shower over.
Outside, the quiet and private rear garden includes lounge seating for 8, a patio and lawn and a hot tub for 7. The front drive provides parking for up to 3 cars. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, we also welcome pets but do charge GBP 20 per night per pet which is not included in the booking price.
