Viavì is a cozy apartment for 2 people, ideal for a romantic getaway or a relaxing stay in the heart of Como. Located on the second floor of a medieval building without an elevator, the apartment boasts a delightful balcony with a breathtaking view of Como Cathedral, creating a charming atmosphere at any time of the day.

Completely renovated in 2018 by architect Marco Balzarotti, Viavì features a kitchenette equipped with all necessities, a modern bathroom with a spacious shower, and a cozy bedroom with a view of the rooftops of the historic center. Its central location allows you to fully enjoy the beauty of Como, with shops, restaurants, and cafés just steps from the entrance, perfect for savoring the local cuisine.

The medieval building was once the residence of the famous Ghizzoni family, renowned goldsmiths in the 18th century. Architect Balzarotti redesigned the interiors with contemporary flair, furnishing the apartment with custom-made furniture crafted by Cantù artisans. To enhance the refined ambiance, iconic design pieces such as Alvar Aalto’s birch chairs and stools, Fornasetti textiles, and the famous "Eclisse" lamps by Achille Castiglioni were added. The walls are adorned with works by contemporary Italian artists like Vanni Cuoghi, Edo Janich, and Marina Giannobi.
