Holiday home for 7 people in Villanueva de la Concepción, Province of Malaga, Andalusia.

Charming rural villa located south of Torcal, a natural and relaxed place where you can enjoy the tranquility and beauty that the place offers.

The house is distributed over two floors. On the 1st floor there is an independent equipped kitchen, a large living room with fireplace and TV. It has a separate bathroom with shower and 3 bedrooms, two with a double bed, one with a single bed and the other with two single beds. On the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. All spaces are perfectly equipped to meet the needs of our tenants.

Outside, there are numerous places to spend time, such as the swimming pool surrounded by grass, barbecue area and two large porches. As well as space for walking.

The house is located in a rural setting from which you can visit numerous places such as Torcal de Antequera, El Caminito del Rey, among others,

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa de dos semanas: una casa preciosa con todo lo que puedas desear. Las vistas son realmente impresionantes. Es imprescindible tener coche. El pueblo cercano tiene un buen supermercado (Dia), pero no hay muchos restaurantes. Antequera (a media hora en coche por la sierra) tiene muchos restaurantes encantadores. Sin duda, recomiendo la casa, ya que el contacto con los propietarios es excelente, sobre todo a través de la aplicación; no viven cerca. Había leído de otros huéspedes que había bastantes perros ladrando por las noches, lo cual es cierto, pero se puede dormir sin problema. La piscina se limpia varias veces por semana, a primera hora de la mañana, y es estupenda para refrescarse. La casa está limpia y totalmente equipada, y la cocina también está completamente equipada con varios electrodomésticos. En el exterior, hay muchos asientos y tumbonas. Se proporciona una barbacoa y una nevera. El servicio de limpieza se realiza después, pero no durante la estancia.

Una casa muy bonita y de una limpieza de 10. Destacar a los anfitriones Pepi y Juan por estar pendientes de todo. La piscina es algo mas pequeña de lo que sale en la foto, pero el marco en el que está es tan chulo que se te olvida. El camino de acceso desde la carretera a la casa, muy corto por cierto, no le vendría mal un arreglo, pero para mi no sería un obstáculo a la hora de volver. En definitiva excelente.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, großes Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool umgeben von Bergen und Feldern.Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit sehr schnell erreichbar und stand uns bei Rückfragen sofort zur Seite. (in einiger Entfernung bellten immer wieder einige Hunde. Für uns nicht weiter tragisch, vielleicht für andere schwierig?)

Alles perfekt, die Website, die Behandlung des Eigentümers. Ich würde es ohne Zweifel wiederholen. Ein idealer Ort sowohl im Winter als auch im Sommer, der Pool ist 10 und die Aussicht ist unglaublich. Aufgrund der Sauberkeit und des Charmes habe ich es genossen, als wäre ich in meinem eigenen Zuhause.
