The villa boasts a spectacular 25-meter infinity pool that stretches from the house into the lush gardens. From the pool and surrounding terraces, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the landscape, extending all the way to the sea, with palm trees, olive groves, lavender bushes, and cypress trees dotting the scenery. Guests can enter the pool via steps near the house or a ladder on the side. Around the pool, ample sun loungers, parasols, and cozy seating areas invite relaxation, while a large dining table provides the perfect setting for outdoor meals or gatherings.



One of the many highlights of Villa Scorpius is the outdoor terrace, beautifully adorned with vines along a straw roof. This space features a comfortable lounge area, a circular dining table, and a chill-out zone, ideal for unwinding while enjoying meals prepared on the high-quality gas barbecue. Outdoor speakers are installed to enhance the al fresco dining experience with your favorite music.



The villa’s interiors are equally impressive, with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood each room with natural light. The open-plan living and dining area is spacious and modern, with thoughtful attention to detail. A large wooden dining table and benches sit between the living room and the state-of-the-art kitchen, providing ample space for all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with luxury appliances, including a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and two oversized refrigerators, ensuring everything you need for a comfortable stay.



The villa accommodates up to 12 guests in six air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Four of these bedrooms are located on the ground floor, offering easy access to the gardens and pool, while the remaining two bedrooms on the first floor feature private terraces with breathtaking views of the mountains and pool.



Villa Scorpius offers complete privacy and is conveniently located near several charming villages, towns, and beaches. The sea is just 3 kilometers away, and the peaceful village of Son Servera or the popular coastal resort of Cala Millor, known for its restaurants, bars, and boutiques, can be reached within 4 kilometers. Additionally, golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of several excellent golf courses, just minutes away by car.



Extra Costs: There are additional services available upon request, such as extra towel and bed linen changes for €350, and extra cleaning at €18 per hour. Private chef services can also be arranged for an additional fee.



Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €1,500 is required, which will be charged 7 days before your arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
