Lovely property

This is our second stay in this property, and have booked again for next year. Cleanliness is excellent, stunning views whatever the weather. We have stayed in many different properties in Rhosneigr over the years, this is definitely the best ! .

I have stayed here now 3 times and always look forward to my stay. The house has everything you need and arguably one of the best views in the village. It really doesnt need my review as its more or less booked solid 12 months in advance...

Beautiful property with amazing views

We have been staying with AHL for 11 years and have been to lots of different properties. This one is hard to beat in terms of location and views. Being able to sit on the sofa and watch the sunset, and the kite surfers and watersports is amazing. The hot outside shower is a great bonus and the house is perfectly equipped for beach days with lots of drying room. Great customer service as always from AHL. We’ll be back!

Fantastic holiday home

Wow what can I say this place has it all!A superb holiday home and oh the views!It's got a lovely kitchen/lounge super comfy bedroom upstairs and yes views again plus an excellent shower room with more bedrooms and playroom downstairs loved the large patio at the back will be sure to return next year

Can’t wait to stay again!

Swn-y-bae is a fabulous stay. It has everything could need or want along with an amazing view. Even on rainy days you can sit in the living room and watch the sea. Highly recommended.

Perfect location

I cannot recommend this beautiful house enough. The view from the house looks across the bay with just a minute stroll to the beach. The house is very modern, clean a great facilities. We will definitely be coming back.

Just got back from a fantastic few days stay. The accommodation is exceptional- really comfy furniture and beds, really modern with everything and more you could ask for. Views over the beach are amazing. Would highly recommend.

Excellent company

My sister and I have been coming to Rhosneigr with Anglesey Holiday Lettings for about 14 years now. This particular property was new to us and proved to be excellent in every way possible, from style, facilities and cleanliness to the most amazing views over the sea. As always, AHL's greatest asset is their staff, from customer service to housekeeping and maintenance support, all of whom maintain the same ethos and high standards which emanate from Jamie. The team are always so helpful, genuinely interested in their guests and resolve any issues in a vanishing small amount of time. Adrienne and I are looking forward to coming to the same property next September and David and I will be in Rhosneigr again in April. Bring it on! a fantastic house with a fantastic view

we've stayed in many Anglesey Holiday lettings's houses and this is one of the best. The views are to die for. the house itself is well-laid out and has everything you need, including electric bed warmers (a boon when there in February!). beds are comfy, plenty of seating, house was warm and HIVE -controlled. underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely. didn't use the outside space as too cold, but I imagine in summer it's a lovely area, with an outdoor shower for getting rid of the sand. Would highly recommend.

Lovely Place To Stay

Had a lovely week long stay at Swn Y Bae. The house is in the heart of town, on a quiet street with a less than 100m walk to the beach. There is easy access to everything that Rhosneigr has to offer. The house and kitchen come equipped with everything you need for great holiday base, from comfy beds to the fantastic view from the living room window and balcony. Thoroughly recommended.

Best property I have stayed in Rhosneiger

This property has the view you always wish for.Being an upside down house looking over bungalows at the top of the hill gives you a perfect view of the whole bay with Holy Island as the backdrop. The property is well equipped and everything works as it should .Rhosneiger has all you need..Good corner shop, cafes pubs, takeaway food or eat out. Great beach.

Lovely property and fabulous location

We have stayed in Rhosneigr several times and this is a lovely house in a wonderful location at the top of a street looking down towards the beach. The view from the first floor living room is superb and the whole house is very comfortable. We had an issue in the main bathroom with the drain not working and it was resolved within an hour of being reported, which was very impressive. We all enjoyed our stay here and would happily rent this house again.

Lovely holiday home in a beautiful location

We had an amazing week at Swn Y Bae. What a lovely holiday home that has been completed to a very high standard. Super comfy beds. Lovely bathrooms and a very well equipt kitchen that had everything we needed, and more. View from the 1st floor lounge is spectacular and we were blessed with a whole week of amazing sunsets. The balcony was an added bonus and perfect for soaking up the sun and amazing views. Thank you, we will definitely return to this wonderful holiday home.

In a great spot looking at the beach. Lovely upside down house so you get the best view from the living room. Tidy, clean and modern. We loved it.

Couldn’t really fault swn y bae .. finished to perfection, ideal location .. one niggle was the back garden wasn’t secure .. but it’s clear that’s a work in progress still ..hopefully we’ll be back . Thankyou

A beautiful house in a fabulous location

We had a lovely stay at this property right in the heart of Rhosneigr, beach is two minutes away at the end of the cul de sac so really safe for the pooch. The village is 5 mins walk and everywhere is dog friendly so lots of nice food out too! The house is clean and tidy with everything you need. The lounge/kitch is upstairs to benefits from the breathtaking views of the bay. The main bedroom is also upstairs with two additional bedrooms downstairs. The television upstairs is only small and no accessible hdmi ports but luckily there was an additional tv downstairs that we could bring up. Overall would highly recommend this house.

The perfect holiday home for a week of sunshine

We recently had a four night stay at Swn y Bae last week with our little dog, Rocky. The house is newly refurbished and beautifully presented. It's very comfortable and well equipped for family holiday. It's upside down so the main living area is on the first floor which means you get uninterrupted views through the large picture windows across the bay towards Rhoscolyn. The house faces south west so if there's a sunset you get the best views of it. We hope to return for another week next year.
