It was nice to be close to all the good areas to investigate. Really enjoyed the place we stayed. Only complaint is that they didn’t have a pizza cutter and the doors to the place were super squeaky but other than that everything was beautiful and just perfect.

Last Minute Visit

Host was fantastic at responding quickly to a last minute stay to visit family while in hospital. Location close to strip and hospital. Host allowed pets which made this last minute trip less stressful.

Recently remodeled

This unit was down behind the STRAT so its an older part of the city. The unit itself was very clean. There is no garbage disposal or dishwasher. So remember that when you eat in. Coffee, creamer and sweeteners were already in the kitchen. Dining table big enough for 8. By the way, we stayed in a different unit than the one pictured. Parking on the street. Our cars were safe. Gated/coded entry. Coded entry into the rooms. Manager lives on site. I appreciate the fact that I could have my small dogs. There were a few on site already.

awesome time in Vegas

As I was planning my 2017 Vegas Bike Trip, I wanted a place near Freemont St. where the bike event was going to take place. So as I researched I found this condo near the event using Home Away- VRBO. I have to admit I’ve never reserved personal condo before so I was hesitant. So I booked it and the owner Yaniv answered my questions quickly and I even call him to make sure everything was set. On the date we arrived we met up with Roy who helped us settle in and told us if there was anything we needed to ask. Let me tell you we did have some special request for our motorcycles and Roy helped us out. Roy was super friendly and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. The condo was super clean and very spacious and the location was perfect for our Bike event. The condo had all the necessities you needs to cook if you want to cook (but really you’re in Vegas). Also clean sheets blankets and towels. We will be coming back this place very soon. Thank you Yaniv and Roy…

Needs some repairs

The staff was very helpful and friendly, however the unit is in need of some repairs. The window in one of the bedrooms was broken with a paper duct taped over the hole in the glass, and did not shut properly. This made the bedroom very cold at night, and felt insecure. The furnace blower fan made a load grinding noise every time when it first turned on; load enough to wake us up frequently. We were expecting two beds in the second bedroom, or at least a sleeper sofa, but instead were offered a roll away bed when we arrived. The staff was very helpful, and prompt supplying us with a roll away bed, but the mattress seemed old and warn, and was extremely uncomfortable with springs visibly poking to the surface of the mattress. Given how helpful the night staff was I'm sure these repair issues will be taken care promptly.

Die Fotos müssen schon 25 Jahre alt sein. Die Möbel sind herunter gekommen. Fenster nicht verputztDie Anlage selbst sehr schmutzig. Sämtliche Pool Möbel müssten entsorgt worden Klimaanlage sehr laut. Sehr hellhörig. Andere Gäste sehr laut. Für den Preis auch nicht zu empfehlen.

Great family spot!

This was my first time to Vegas and I could have not picked a better place to stay. I had my kids so didn't want to stay on the strip but the commute was so easy and quick. The property is very organized and had everything we needed. The communication with the owners was great and check in and out was a breeze. No complaints at all. We had a great time and loved the stay!

Virtual conference

Affordable. Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Quick walk to the Strat. Wouldn’t walk at night in this neighborhood however, but easy for Uber/Lyft drivers to find. WiFi signal was patchy, hard to tune into virtual conference.

very clean ~ good location ~ no frills but nice

You can see the only problem with this place in this photo. That make shift coffee table is a death trap. It a large piece of glass on a foot stool ~ the glass slips and is not balanced. It took me out more than once and we knocked it around so much we finally had to remove it until we left in fear of if falling on the tile and shattering. It's a small thing until its not and that's why I'm giving 4 stars and not 5. What separates luxury from ordinary is the quality of sheets and towels and again polyester over cotton. Not a fit for me. It's bare minimum ~ which isn't bad.....Very clean and the managers were super nice and let us stay an extra night. I'd come here again, I'd just bring my sheets ~ hopefully they will remove this bad idea for a table. Thanks to everyone.
