Outside of the building and the apartment needing repairs, it was clean, stocked with supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen. Pool was ready to use, and overall a great stay!

Nice place!

Nice clean location, plenty of room. Nice place to stay if you have a decent size group and want to be close to the strip but with amenities like a kitchen.

Clean and Close

The condo was very clean, it slept 7 of us comfortably. There was a roll away cot that was provided which was a nice accommodation so one of the kids did not have to sleep on the couch. This condo is located very close to the stratosphere and is only a 5 minute drive to the convention center. It was very easy to get around the area and there was still plenty of parking when we would return in the evenings.

Not enough lipstick on the pig

Good location near strip. Well lit, convenient parking, quiet and secure. This property is badly in need of updating. Bathroom sinks won’t drain, missing light bulbs, mold in shower and cracked window. Dishwasher door would not stay closed or work. No ice maker in freezer and the kitchen cabinets no shelf paper, curtains in one bedroom actually nailed to wall.

Très beau séjour

Un très beau séjour dans un appartement tranquille. Si vous aimez marcher pour découvrir Las Vegas, mais voulez être dans un endroit moins touristique, c’est la place.

This property was great for me and my friends to stay together close to but off of the strip. Uber was always very quick and available.

Let me start with furniture very uncomfortable sofas, beds and pillows, second squeaking stuck doors, clogged sinks, and broken dishwasher. No availability of single bar of soap.. soap dispenser were empty. The description was not accurate as the owner charged me extra $100 for my six year old kid ( additional member fees). Last but not the least we could hear the drain and running water from faucets through out the night.

Hi, Annie! Thx for your review. just to let u know we do update pics all the time and apartment looks exactly how pics shows! Our descriptions are correct and accurate all information there u just need read more carefully. fees were applied automatically and when guests ask about extra fees i did explain it right away. Also a 6 year kid need a space to sleep also - so we did provide it. we have not a dishwasher. We did provide all soaps, lotions, shampoos if u need extra or some help. I actually did ask but never got responded...we do have a manager and helper located at our Complex who can help u Right away 24 hours! U are more then welcome book Luxury spots for Triple price- We do have a NICE CLEAN COZY complex and can help anytime but guest never ask anything....Also guests stay at the apartment full time that's they did book for....so originally it is can not be 1 star. But in Corona time we are more meet disrespect...good luck! have amazing day! best regards!

The host was great! The apartment didn’t have the A behind the number and we ended up walking into the wrong apartment. Everyone was super nice! Rooms are spacious and clean!

The property is in a dicey area. There is no parking except on the street. I would not recommend walking at night. The pictures look much better than the actual property. The value for the buck is because the property is very old and is in need of repair and is in one of the older sections in Vegas. It was mostly clean, the floors under the couches were very dirty. The owner is very responsive to questions and emails. I would not choose to stay there again.

hi! thx for staying with us! complex is located next to Strat Casino and hotel. great area next to Strip and Convention Center! because most guests love it! our complex is renovated like almost all apartments ! we do care about buildings. we just renovated the POOL! it is a small Cozy complex, that's u choice it. u always can choice a luxury hotels on the strip or luxury complex buildings. so i do recommend clear read all descriptions. All pics of the apartment always renew and whatever we do change we always take it a new pics. it is professional exactly pics how it is looks NOW. we do have amazing cleaning team that's works very WELL in COVID time. we do general cleaning every month also. We never find any dirt after guests were checked out..... Please be aware which apartment u do book for that convenient price. best regards!

Great place

My overall experience was great...The apartment is just as described! Upon arrival the location had me a little worried...not what I'm use to! Although it's not far from the strip, you can not walk there! Not the safe place to walk especially at night
