Apartment in the Levante area, Benidorm, 400 metres from the beach. It has 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people. Two places in the main bedroom and two places on the double sofa bed in the living room-dining room.

Very bright 65 m² accommodation, with panoramic views of the sea and the city.



It has a lift, high-speed fibre internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, community pool+children's pool open in season, tennis court, community garage in the same building, 1 TV, iron.

The ceramic hob American kitchen is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- Key handover and check-in are done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, trading name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is held on a credit/debit card as a guarantee or in cash otherwise.

- Check-in from 16:30 (high season from 18:00)

- Check-out before 11:00

- No smoking.

It was very good

This Property was fabulous. Clean everything was at hand For me. But a family who wanted to cook would have problems with 2 tiny pans No Tea towels No beach towels So Use of the pool was not possible I was informed the keys had to be taken back. The morning I left the lady was adamant that I return them before I left at 7.00 am it was eventually resolved but I found it quite stressing It was sorted eventually but it’s a problem I didn’t need

Хорошая чистая квартира с потрясающим видом на море и панормамными окнами. Хорошая кухня со всем необходимым, за исключением некоторых мелочей. В целом уютная спальня. Душ/туалет тоже в хорошем состоянии Получение ключей в офисе в 1.5! километрах от апартаментов, залог 200евро, довольно жесткие подушки.
