Apartamentos La Rosita Old Town B-4

Aparthotel in the heart of Benidorm located 100 metres from Poniente beach and 450 metres from Levante beach.

Recently renovated building designed for the enjoyment of our guests, with a total of 20 apartments with capacity for 3 and 5 people and featuring a lift, internet access (wifi), communal laundry room with washing machines, iron and ironing board at no extra charge.



All apartments have a terrace, hot and cold air conditioning, television, fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery/cutlery/kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. There is an optional parking space with an extra charge right in the building opposite (Mercadona). Parking rates: 1 day €22, week €97, 10 days €128, 15 days €148, month €181. From 5 days onwards, the weekly pass is worthwhile. The cost is paid at the same car park.



-Key handover and check-in are carried out in the same building 24 hours a day. If you need additional information, ticket sales, direct bookings or if you have not completed online check-in, our office is located on Rey Jaime I avenue number 20, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, opposite Burger King.

-A sum of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a deposit.

-Check-in from 16:30 (high season may be delayed until 18:00)

-Check out until 11:00

-Pets are admitted with a supplement of €10 per night with a minimum of €25 per stay and a maximum of €100.

-Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.



It is located in the heart of Benidorm, 100 m from the sandy beach "Playa de Poniente", 350 m from the sandy beach "Playa del Mal Pas", 450 m from the sandy beach "Playa de Levante". The historic old town and our famous viewpoint, one of the most photographed in the world, is just 400 metres away.

Repetiremos el año que viene!

La ubicacion era perfecta, la chica de la limpieza era encantadora y estába todo bastante bien, también nos dieron el apartamento antes de lo estipulado para la 13:00 teníamos el apartamento listo, el Mercadona lo teníamos justo abajo. Bueno los utensilios de cocina para 5 personas eran muy escasos el sofá cama era incómodo y el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba tardaron 3 días en venir arreglarlo, y los armarios para la ropa eran muy escasos date cuenta que íbamos 5 personas por suerte no llevábamos mucha ropa

posizione centralissima, vicino al mare, taxi, bar, supermercati. Appartamento molto pulito e super accessoriato, il tempo durante il nostro soggiorno non è stato bello ed era un po' freddo ,ma con i condizionatori siamo stati benissimo. noi eravamo all'appartamento n. 4 o 5 del 1° piano, ogni volta che i vicini aprivano la porta di collegamento con gli altri appartamenti accanto al nostro, sbatteva forte, e disturbava sopratutto la notte, se mettete una molla che accompagna la chiusura della porta, sarà silenzioso.

Lo que mas me gusto fue la ubicación, las camas eran super cómodas y la limpieza excepcional. La hora de entrada y la hora de salida Muy tarde para entrar y demasiado temprano para salir nosotros íbamos con niños pequeños y nos tuvimos que buscar la vida.

Lamentamos que las horas de salida y entrada no se hayan ajustado a vuestras espectativas, pero necesitamos ese tiempo entre la salida de un cliente y la entrada de otro para limpiar, reponer y a veces reparar las cosas que se van estropeando.
