Teresa is a very responsive host. Great location. The grocery store is right across the street, and a good coffee shop is directly down stairs. Good restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable bed and soundproof windows. The listing is correct- it couldn’t be more central! Very clean with good AC and elevator.

Couldn’t Be More Central couldn’t have been more aptly named! It was a fabulous apartment in a wonderful location. The apartment block was gracious, as was the apartment itself. We could see the Tiber River from the balcony, which was lovely! The size of the apartment, the facilities - including washing machine & dryer - were great. Plenty of cupboard and drawer space in the bedroom and the bathroom and kitchen were easy to use and both clean. Teresa was a lovely host and there was plenty of useful information about the apartment and area, including restaurant recommendations! I would recommend this apartment if staying in Rome.

The apartment was perfectly located, it was close to everything, just like the listing says to all monuments and plazas. A few blocks away from the best eateries in Trastevere as well.Host was very communicative and helped us with every question we had. Teresa and Lorenzo are excellent hosts, went above and beyond.Apartment was clean, very nicely decorated, fully serviced with full kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, freezer ( perfect for my son's medication) and even washer and dryer, not to mention excellent AC.You will need it in Rome especially in the summer, if you are from the US, LOL.Thank you again Teresa and Lorenzo !

Awesome stay in Rome

This place was perfect, thoughtfully put together and, exactly as the listing says, could not be more central. We walked to everything. Teresa was a kind host who provided a lot of great recommendations and help. Would definitely recommend!!

Best place we have ever stayed..

The property is in excellent condition and beautiful, it has all the amenities you need, central to anything in Rome, and access to public transportation to get anywhere. We have stayed in many places around the world and the owner of this apartment is the best host we have ever had. Our host went above and beyond to keep us informed, make us feel like we were at home, and even helped us when the city was shutdown due to a cycling sporting event (Thank you!!!). We highly recommend this apartment, you will not regret it.

I was born in Tokyo from Italian diplomats, grew up in Asia where I went to international Anglo-American schools. Came to live in Italy when I was 20 and have been loving here since then. I love hosting because the International community of guests reminds me of my childhood!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I live next door to CBMC so it's really easy for me to take care of my guests and be available for them. The area is fantastic. You could never feel lonely here. All of Rome's major historical sites are only a few minutes walking distance. Museums, shops, markets, the tiber river. Still can't believe I was so lucky to buy these two gorgeous little apartments.

この宿泊施設の特徴

CBMC has the only panoramic balcony of the whole majestic 17th century building.
