We offer you luxury and refinement in this sublime 90m² apartment, located in the prestigious Faubourg-du-Roule. Nestled just a few steps from the emblematic Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe, it offers a unique experience in the heart of Paris. The residence features three spacious bedrooms for up to 8 guests, combining comfort and refinement for an unforgettable stay.
