Welcome to Paris! We are delighted to welcome you to our splendid refuge on the banks of the Seine, just a stone's throw from the Yves Saint Laurent Museum.

The flat's convenient location means you can get around the capital quickly and easily by public transport:

- Metro: Alma-Marceau (line 9), a 5-minute walk away
- Metro: Alma-Marceau (line 63/92), a 4-minute walk away
- Numerous day & night bus services
- Vélib station
- Several taxi companies available: G7 taxis (the most popular): call 36 07.

Was a great spot. Only issue is construction on the building starts in the morning so can be a bit loud. But not an issue. Great for a family and close to a grocery store and all the sites.

Kitchen was ill equipped. For example, no cooking knives, no mixing bowls, no freezer section in refer, no cutting boards (makes sense since no knives!), no basic cooking supplies, no dishwasher or washing machine soaps, living room lights would turn off randomly. Window shade was broken prior to us taking possession and never repaired. Generally it appeared that maintenance is deferred deferred. Windows cleaned as high as cleaners could reach…and they are not tall! Paid for early check in and weekly house cleaning which was not delivered. Towels and toiletries not replenished. Heavy construction next door was extremely noisy and expected to last until the end of 2027. Furnishings are of IKEA quality and not comfortable. Air conditioning worked but appears poorly maintained…so who knows for how long? Property is managed from Holland with no local management and decision makers. Responses to requests were mostly ignored, not honored and frankly, nonsensical. Fine location with many good museums and restaursnts nearby. Not up to the standard we are used to from VRBO rentals. Please do not believe I am a complainer. I never have complained about a rental. But the management and customer care was so bad I have to advise others what to expect should you rent this apartment. If you have low expectations and don’t cook, it may work just fine for you.
