Great location, easy access and the place is just as the pictures show. It is small studio and you have to go through a narrow staircase to the apt, so keep that in mind if your carrying large luggage. Otherwise, is the perfect spot if you want to explore Paris or just wander around Le Marais

Wir waren vom 26.09.-04.10. Gast in der Wohnung. Um den Zugang zu erhalten, mußten meine Frau und ich einen Ausweisscan absenden. Der einzige Vorteil der Wohnung ist die zentrale Lage. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung im 3. Stock eine Hinterhauses. Es geht eine sehr schmale Wendeltreppe hinauf, mit Koffer und für uns ältere Leute eine echte Herausforderung. Die Wohnung ist sehr klein und sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Die Wohnung macht dazu noch einen abgewohnten Eindruck. Man schläft auf einer durchgelegenen Couch. Das Fenster mussten wir durchgehend offen lassen, damit der Klogeruch abziehen und die Handtücher trocknen konnten. Das Beadezimmer war winzig, wie auch die Dusche. Ein korpulenter Mensch kann jeden Falls nicht duschen. Bei uns ging es geradeso. Der Entlüfter im Bad funktionierte nicht. Das Wlan Passwort stimmte nicht, eine Anfrage per Anruf und per email erhielten wir nicht. Für diese Wohnung einen Preis von mehr als 1500€ zu kassieren halten wir nicht nur für unangemessen, sondern für eine Frechheit. Als Vermittler sollten sie diese Wohnung aus dem Programm nehmen. Wir erwarten vom Vermieter eine Stellungnahme und zumindest eine Teil-Rückerstattung des Mietpreises. Familie Klaus und Christiane Lehmann

Great location, with lots of restaurants, bars and cute stores. Also very well connected by metro and bus to all major attractions (or you can just walk and enjoy the Parisian vibe).The studio is small, as most apartments in Paris, but is no problem if you plan to spend most of your time out exploring the city. The studio is on a 3rd floor and access is via a narrow staircase, which could be a challenge if your carrying large luggage. Only downside is the bathroom, as it lacks enough ventilation. I would suggest to keep the shower door closed to help control the odors.

If you are size more than 5.7 don’t think about this property and worse if you share with someone .. there is only one sofa bed that cover all the area and you hardly can walk around .. but the worse is the size of the shower you need to be slim and short to get a shower .. no ventilation at all so don’t think about farting or poo there .. the some item are falling apart .
