The Space:

Welcome to this bright 17 m² studio apartment on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Rue de Grenelle in the heart of the 7th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



The studio is furnished with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, accessible via the living area.



The kitchen is compact but well equipped: mini fridge, microwave, stove, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 3 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

Rue de Grenelle runs through one of the most distinguished parts of the 7th arrondissement, lined with grand Haussmann buildings, embassies and quiet side streets. The immediate neighbourhood has a calm, residential feel — very Parisian in the best sense — with boulangeries, pharmacies and local cafés within easy walking distance.



The Champ-de-Mars and the Eiffel Tower are about ten minutes on foot, and the Musée d’Orsay is similarly close, making the apartment a good base for exploring the city’s most iconic sights without feeling in the middle of tourist crowds. The Rue Cler market street is just around the corner, with daily stalls selling bread, cheese, wine and flowers in a scene that feels genuinely local.



For metro access, École Militaire (line 8) is a short walk, connecting to Invalides, Opéra and beyond. The area is also highly walkable — the riverbanks, Les Invalides and the Rodin Museum are all reachable on foot in under fifteen minutes.

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
