Spanning two floors, it offers ample space for all guests (due to the loft set up and its stairs, we can only accommodate new born babies and children over 10). The modern, open kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious French dishes, equipped with everything you need, while the spacious living room ensures comfort for both daytime and evening relaxation. Whether you want to sip coffee, enjoy a glass of wine, read a book, or watch TV, you’ll find the perfect spot to unwind.
The owner has put great thought into the loft's decor, selecting each piece of furniture and material with care.
On the first level, you'll find two bedrooms, with the third bedroom located upstairs.
This apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends, boasting a unique charm and an excellent location. Be aware that it is located on the 6th floor with no elevator.Step outside, and you’ll find yourself in a vibrant neighborhood filled with food shops, bars, and restaurants, with the metro just a short walk away.

An unforgettable stay in Paris! Most of our guests are now repeat guests and we are happy to accommodate them again and again. They either choose the same apartment each time they come to Paris or they try different apartments. We are always available to give advices and for us what we do daily is not a job but we enjoy so much to meet our guests, we are so lucky!
