Modern apartment located in the Sestiere of San Polo, at the heart of Venice, renowned for the lively Rialto Market, the iconic Rialto Bridge, and the characteristic alleyways that capture the true essence of the city.



The accommodation, situated on the ground floor of a canal-front building, comfortably hosts up to four guests. The property features a separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and espresso machine. The sleeping area includes one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. A windowed bathroom with a shower and hairdryer completes the interior spaces.



* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.



Known worldwide as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.

It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.

Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.

The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day.

The most famous local event is the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.

Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.

Very clean and comfortable place. The only trouble we had was with the hot water, but they quickly sent us some maintenance man who solved the problem for us.

Out of all the places I stayed during my ten day trip in italy, this was by far the best the highlight of my trip. I had always dreamed of staying in venice with a balcony that opened up to the canal. Although it's not quite a balcony, it works similarly, the bedroom window opens straight into the canal and gives you that balcony feeling. Very close to the train station. And of course, you can walk everywhere.To all the main attractions. If I ever go back, I will most definitely want to stay here again. This was truly a wonderful place, magical. And a very unforgettable experience

Perfect amount of space

The rooms were specious and there was a bed for everyone (no shared couches). Very clean. Air-conditioning was great after being out in heat all day. Location was great for us - away from the attractions, but still in walking distance to them. Close walk to train station and bus terminal. Very clear instructions for check in and check out.

The location was quiet. The accommodation could have been better though. There was no lounge area, only a kitchen with fairly uncomfortable chairs. There didn't seem to be much attention to detail from the hosts (no toilet roll, not enough cups, WiFi not working, TV not working). Nothing major, and all fixable but didn't feel like there was much care there. Venice was amazing as always

The unit needs to be updated urgently. Water damage in the kitchen and bathroom. Strong mildew odor in the kitchen made it necessary to keep the kitchen door closed at all times. The kitchen AC unit was attached to a fault detector and flipping the switch to turn it on the alarm would sound. As a result we did not spend time in the kitchen. The bathroom shower had plenty of hot water for 3 showers, but had mildew and water damage.

Communication was one sided, the property manager sent info but never replied to questions. There was ac in one of the rooms but not in the other and the ac in the kitchen, which could have been used to cool the other room, did not work.

No hot water- totally inexcusable

The apartment was cute and in a great location. The thing that ruined our stay here was there was no hot water. I tried to follow the house instructions to check the boiler but the boiler panel was blocked by a shelf.To make matters worse, you can't contact the property manager between 6PM and 9AM.

Location and cleanliness was very good. The accommodation was fraught with problems though. The emailed instructions did not include the complete address of the unit, instead, it was included on a pdf that I wasn’t able to download. The WiFi password was not correct, there were no dish towels, and most importantly no hot water. When I inquired about the problems, I was told to read the pdf. At check out, the maid couldn’t even figure out the hot water issue. No one from the rental agency even tried to help us with hot water.

Smell in the apartment

Fine place to stay for a short period of time. It is near the island center and close to sights and restaurants.The issue was that there was a terrible smell in the apartment. The smell was not located outside or even in the hallway of the apartment building, just in the apartment itself. When I sent the host a message about it, I got no response. Luckily we were not staying long and did not spend much time there. We ate at restaurants because the smell would not have been appetizing with a meal. The apartment itself was clean and no leftover garbage or any source of the smell that we could locate
