Enrico met us at rhe house and went over all the essentials...very nice! The house was just what we needed and had everything we expected. Great location...and it was a kick to watch the activity on the canal.

Large apartment in great location

Behind the apartment is a canal, and we love seeing the occasional ferry goes by. The apartment is large, including the bathroom, which I like. The apartment makes our stay in Venice more enjoyable.

Great place

We loved the place. Much space, very nice area to walk around, just a few steps from Rialto market, quiet neighborhood. Nice view at a typical canal. Close to Vaporetto station. The owner is very friendly and helpful. My sons loved the speed of internet. We were two adults and three children and the place was just perfect for us.

Needs some updating

Enrico was great but the property needs some more comfortable mattresses & pillows. A mirror would have been helpful on the top floor. The place is spacious & quiet. The lighting is not bright so between that and the stairs it was very tricky at night. The towels are old, thin and smelt musty. The cafe moka maker is too small for four people.

The host was rude for days prior to our trip, hounding us about what time we were going to arrive. He repeatedly called and texted us to the point of harrasment. When we arrived, he proceeded to berate our group, walking with us from our arrival point to the house yelling. I have never been treated by a host in this way, and I will be reporting him to VRBO. The house was dirty (including what looked like black mold growing in the shower) and almost all of the appliances were broken, without air conditioning he had only two small working fans, it was not enough and he knew it. Do not stay here, we were concerned while here that the host would come back and riffle through our things, possibly looking to steal from our group, we took our valuables with us everyday. It is not worth it to stay, and will be a waste of your time and money.

One day in Venice.

Place was fine for 5 people. There was not any AC, and it was a very hot night. After walking around all day in the heat, AC would have been nice. It was a good place for one night. Host (and dog Nacho) was very nice and made some good recommendations for lunch and dinner.
