Well-maintained holiday home of 110 m², situated on a scenic plot with an impressive view of the water and the hilly landscape around Fåborg. The house is designed with a focus on light and openness, which is emphasised by the large panoramic windows that open up to a partially covered terrace and provide fantastic light to the open living and dining room. A perfect place for relaxation and well-being can be found in the bathroom, which features a 2-person spa bath and a sauna. Inside, the walls and ceilings are finished in light-coloured, lye-treated pine. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher and microwave. There is a TV, satellite dish and stereo system with CD player. The holiday home is not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
