From this beautiful summer house built in 1987, you can enjoy the fantastic view of Falsled Harbor and feel the close connection to the local area, where generations have spent their summers.



The bright living room is the heart of the house, where large windows create a special atmosphere and let the morning light stream in. The surrounding terrace serves as an extra room in the summer, while the wood-burning stove provides cosiness in the cooler months.



The large garden around the house offers plenty of space for relaxation and outdoor activities. The terrace is designed so that you can follow the sun throughout the day - from breakfast in the morning sun to afternoon coffee in the shade.



You are only 50 meters from the beach, where you can enjoy the calm waters and beautiful surroundings. The area is characterized by a strong local community, and you will experience genuine South Funen charm in Falsled, where time passes a little slower.

The vacation home is quietly located on a dead-end street in a small vacation home community. It’s only a few meters to the beach, though it can only be reached via a flight of stairs. The small town is also very nice, and there’s delicious fish and chips at the harbor.
