Perfect for couples

Nothing but good things to say. Close to downtown. Cheaper than hotel with more room to gather with friends. King beds and private baths for each room was perfect!

This property will not disappoint!

The house is fabulous! So much room.! Having our own bathroom in each of the bedrooms is fantastic!!! It is so close to broadway. Beds are comfy, pillows were great! Would definitely stay here again when we come back!

Perfect for 4 Couples

The house was perfect for the 4 couples that were in town for a wedding. Short Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway. Owners were very accommodating and responsive. We had a blast and would highly recommend property.

Great spot for adult couples

Excellent rental! Highly recommended. We visited Nashville as a group of 4 couples. Each couple was very pleased with their own bedroom and bathroom. Close to downtown; walking distance to many areas. Clean with all amenities needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

Perfect location. $8-$10 Uber ride to downtown. We had the entire house rented which was perfect for 4 couples - king beds and ensuites in each room. House could use a really good deep clean but other than that, it was good.

Great adult couple getaway weekend

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We had units A1/A2 and there was plenty of space for 4 couples. It was nice to have 4 king beds and 4 full baths. There was a hair dryer in each bathroom along with provided soap/shampoo/conditioner- very convenient. It’s a very short Uber ride to the Gulch and Broadway. Great stay!

Perfect for our mixed group

Two couples & a single visiting our Belmont student who also stayed with us for a couple nights. Great place for each to have their own space & bathroom but also gather to hang out to watch tv or talk. Easy drive, walk, or Uber downtown (we did all 3 over the course of the weekend). We deemed the upper balcony a “rooftop bar” as it was much more pleasant than the Broadway craziness LOL Highly recommend this house!

Good location for our stay. Convenient to everywhere. We could have used more towels. There were two per bathroom for three days. Could have used more trash bags and detergent for the dishwasher. It was a bit overpriced but nice.

Nashville Bound

My friends all met me in Nashville after a conference - they did not know each other! The house was big and private enough for four couples but provided enough space for gathering together to play games and get to know each other! It’s 5 minutes from Broadway and was better than I was expecting - clean, spacious, and great for being separate together!

ALL 4 UNITS WERE GREAT. EVERYTHING WAS NICE. ACTUALLY 2 UNITS WHICH ASN'T CLEAR IN THE DESCRIPTION. UP AND DOWNSTAIRS HAD IT'S OWN KITCHEN. UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS COULD HAVE BEEN "RENTED" SEPERATELY.IT WAS NEAR EVERYTHING YET NOT TOO CLOSE. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN IF I WENT TO NASHVILLE.

Room for a group

With family and friends coming to Nashville for a wedding from all over the country, it was great to have such a roomy place where we all had space and private bathrooms. The two things I would suggest be addressed (and this is frequently an issue at VRBO): not enough plates/bowls/silverware. If we all had cereal for breakfast, we had to run the dishwasher even though it wasn’t full, for example. The other issue was that it could use a deeper clean. The cabinets in the downstairs kitchen were sticky, the door to the front, downstairs bathroom was dirty, the place was clean overall, but some attention to detail would be needed. Overall, comfortable and convenient location.

The general location is good. It is right next to the highway so there is traffic noise. The house was not very clean. It needs a really good cleaning and some general repairs. The owner was very nice and responsive.

Great for couples!!!

Perfect space for four couples, lots of bathrooms and comfortable shared areas!! Very clean rental!! Also, short uber ride to Broadway. We had a blast!!

Awesome weekend getaway

Visited Nashville for a college football game. The property was very clean and close to Broadway and the Vanderbilt stadium. We were able to enjoy both the football game and the strip!! Alphonso gave us information on popular local eateries, attractions, and stores. The house was perfect for all couples!! Would recommend and stay here again!!

Lots of space

The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. The place was very comfortable and clean. Easy 10 -15 minute Uber ride to everything .

Great Place

We really enjoyed out stay here. It was a quick Uber, or half hour walk, to get downtown. If I ever come back with a large group this will be my first choice.

Ideal Nashville Spot for Group

Our group spent 3 nights in Nashville and this house worked perfect. Close to town, 4 couples so each had their own bed & bath, property manager(s) were great to work with from beginning to end. Would definitely stay here again with a group.
