4つのキングマスターリトリートがあり、3つのリトリートにはミニ冷蔵庫とダイニングエリア付きのウェットバーがあり、すべてがシッティングエリアと42インチフラットスクリーンテレビを備えています。 各ベッドルームには専用のバスがあります!!

We had a great time in Nashville! There were 4 couples staying in this house and the space was perfect! The rooms were extremely comfortable and very accommodating. The main area of the house was perfect for all of us to hang out, play games, and share meals! I highly recommend this property. It was close to downtown and walking to the Farmers market. This was the perfect property for our group of 8. Everyone had an awesome room and we were so close to downtown it made the perfect launch point for all of our adventures. We loved the porches too! This property worked very well for our group of four couples. There are four large bedrooms, all with in suite showers and sinks. All suites had Keurig coffee machines. While we did not cook, the kitchen seemed well equipped. The property was in perfect shape and is convenient to the Germantown neighborhood and a short Uber to Broadway and entertainment district. Richard, the owner, was great to work with.

This house was lovely. It was so nice to have a bathroom with each room and a large sitting area. Since we were an older group, the stairs were sometimes a challenge, but having the large bedrooms made up for it. Nice downtown location.

Excellent House!

Wow! Everything we needed for a five day stay for couples! Together but private. I loved the porch! Morning and night this was our hangout spot. Close enough to walk to broadway but a 5 dollar uber made that something we only did once. The thoughtfulness put into stocking this house was unsurpassed by any other rental we have stayed in. Thank you Richard for being at awesome host.

Just beautiful

House is better than the pictures and very clean, Host Rick was so accommodating and always responded immediately. House is stocked with all the necessities, I especially love having the shower products provided. Comfortable fun place for girls weekend. The rooms are set up as if your in a private hotel suite. Loved it!!

Family fun

The house was amazing! We will definitely rent this house again when we go back to Nashville. The owner responded quickly every time we had a question. We gathered on the porch every morning for coffee. Monells was a great experience we would definitely go back there. We also rented lime scooters to go downtown. The red room was our favorite. Every room was a master suite plus. Perfect for couples!

Perfect location!

3 couples stayed here and you couldn’t ask for a better place! It was very comfortable and everyone had their own privacy. We walked downtown and also explored the park/Farmers Market. I think we all agree that we would come back in a heartbeat!

Best House In Nashville

Our group of 8 (4 couples) wanted a house that allowed all of us to have our separate space but have a common area to hang out together. This house had this and more. Each King suite is incredible. The beds are super comfy. This house checks all the boxes.

This is a fantastic home! Comfy beds, quality linens and towels. Super clean. They have truly thought of everything you could need. Rooms have kurig coffee makers with pods and creamers, which was so appreciated. Close to downtown. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Rick for yr hospitality!

I will do my best to provide a great place to stay while you are in Nashville! I am a single Dad with 2 great kids off to college! I built this home last year and love living near downtown Nashville. I am an avid walker and most weeks put in 15 to 20 miles just walking from my home to the Historical Germantown area, Bicentennial Mall State Park, Farmers Market, State Capital, Legislative Plaza, TPAC, then on to Lower Broad, 2nd Ave, and Riverfront park where all the honky tonks are located! That total distance is just a little over 2 miles each way.

I was in the USAF and Tennessee Air Guard for 13 years where i was a navigator on C-130's. After my military life i became a General Contractor and started my own business. After being in the country for so long i decided to try the city life. I bought a vacant lot in this historical overlay district and loved it. I do love this neighborhood.

I also love to hike the mountains! I have summed 3 12,000 foot peaks in the Rockies and last summer my son and I summed 14,254 foot Long's Peak in Rocky Mountain National Park. I must admit - it kicked my ass ... but wow!... what a view! Leaves no doubt there is a God! I also love to kayak and travel. But the best times are with the kids. We love to play strategy board games..Settlers of Catan, Acquire, and Cashflow. I love Axis and Allies, but its hard to get them to play that! I also play in a Texas holdem Poker League...for points...not for cash!

This is a new house I designed and built. All the suites are soundproofed between each unit, and each unit has its own lockable door. The big plus is that its only about $6 taxi fare to the downtown entertainment district or 2 blocks over to the Music City Circuit stop (free downtown loop bus service 6AM thru 6PM), or 25 min walk!

New Home just completed in May 2012 -4 King Master Suites, full kitchen, open Living room and Dining area. 4th King Suite is located on the 3rd floor with roof top terrace and a great skyline view of downtown Nashville, whirlpool tub, and cathedral ceilings! There is also a half bath on the living area floor. Kitchen has full refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Two covered porches! Living room has 70' 3D TV with full satellite channels including HBO, Cinemax, and Showtime.

Come and go as you please. Beautiful new house is just 2 blocks to Bicentennial Mall State Park and Farmers Market, and just a few more blocks to Germantown restaurants and downtown Nashville.
