The apartment is in the historic center and near important cultural, university and tourist points of interest. Within walking distance are Piazza San Marco, The Giardino dei Semplici (one of the oldest botanical gardens in the world) and the Accademia Gallery, famous for housing Michelangelo's David. Less than a ten-minute walk you will be in Piazza del Duomo.
This large 5-floor apartment with elevator is in an ancient building in the historic center. The apartment has a beautiful terrace with outdoor furniture, from which you can even admire the dome of the Duomo.

Strategic location for visiting Florence is also well equipped to spend longer stays and thus be able to know Florence in depth.

A spacious, comfortable place to stay

My friend and I enjoyed our stay immensely. It was easy to arrange to meet the key holder when we arrived. The apartment was elegantly furnished and had very comfortable beds. Initially we thought each BR would have its own bath but it worked out fine. We used one bathroom for toilet and getting ready and the bathroom with the shower for just that. It was really really hot during our June day and we appreciated the air conditioning. When it seemed that one or more of the air conditioning units wasn’t working properly the keyholder came promptly to help us figure out what was wrong and made everything right. She also rescued us with more toilet paper, which was greatly appreciated. It was also quite lovely that she arranged a taxi for us to the airport on our departure morning. This apartment is in a quiet part of town across the street from the university botanical Garden, which is not to be missed. Since it was so hot when we were there, we enjoyed a chance to slowly stroll under the high tree canopy in the shade.We would really like to recommend the nearby Pizzeria Miro – we ended up eating there three times. The staff is super friendly and the food was excellent. Things that could be improved – I am a face cloth girl but there were only hand towels and bath towels. Also, besides the recycling bins in the kitchen, there was only one tiny wastebasket. Thank you for a great stay!!!

Orto Botanico Apartment

The apartment was beautiful with gorgeous views of the Botanical Gardens. All the amenities were present. It was located in a pleasantly quiet neighborhood, but also very close proximity to the center of Florence.

Incredible location and view

The location and terrace are fabulous. The week spent there was really great however a few minor improvements and this would get five stars. There was absolutely nothing in the kitchen, no salt and pepper or sugar and the coffee pods were insufficient and then impossible to find with no other coffee pot. A little more generous on toilet paper and napkins would also be appreciated.
