The unit was impeccably clean, had stunning views and was beautifully decorated. Would have given it 5 stars, however the response time of local folks was very slow. For example, only one beach towel was provided and for a party of two, we asked on day 1 for second beach towel. We were told by very responsive Portland-based customer service agent that they have contacted local team. Six days later, we never did get that second beach towel. The beach accessories were in mediocre shape and one beach umbrella was broken. No swimming pool gate code was provided and again had to wait for Portland-based customer service to find out. The guidelines said to put a parking pass in dash of car - turns out that is not needed. The entry to villas has a coded gate. No gate code was provided and luckily that day the front reception office person was there and she made a code for us (she is not always there so in case it happened on a day when she was not there, you would have no way of getting in).
Overall, I would say - excellent place, but they need to get some tips on hosting better (for example, provide a little guest booklet with all relevant information (Gate code for pool, gate code for entry to complex, enough beach towel for all guests and updated beach paraphernalia). With better local attention to these details, this is a 5-star potential place.
