The flat overlooks the beautiful swimming pool and the breeze cools the terrace all day long. The kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel at home. You will be surrounded by a beautiful garden with tropical plants and flowers, and the sound of the waterfall will lull you into relaxation. The beaches are a 7-minute drive away and the Spanish Water lagoon is 700 metres away for your morning or evening walks or runs.
The kitchen and open-plan living room overlook the large terrace along their entire length. Next to the kitchen is a small utility room with a washing machine and brooms. The oven is also a microwave and the hob is induction.
The living room is also equipped with air conditioning, which is not necessary if you keep the French windows open, as the wind constantly enters from the terrace and cools the room naturally.
On one side of the living room is the master bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, while on the other side is the second, slightly smaller bedroom with a private bathroom with shower and a toilet that can also be used by guests.
The resort is private and only residents and guests have access to the garden and swimming pool. The rooms are equipped with keys. Inside the flat, you will find various useful information about the resort and the island, and we are always available to assist you with any needs.
IMPORTANT: Given the high cost of electricity and its ecological impact on the island, we ask our guests to forgive us if we are forced to charge for consumption. Upon arrival, we will show you the electricity meter reading with photos. The cost per kWh is USD 0.50. On average, 8 hours of air conditioning at 26-27 Celsius degrees in the two bedrooms consumes 15 kWh, or USD 7.50.
Car hire is highly recommended.
