Easy check in - great directions and easy check in. Spotlessly clean with comfy beds and all the amenities you needed. Great location. Would be nice to have air con if staying in summer but the provided fans were fine for the temperature in October !

Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk but no late night noise complaints. Grocery store across ss the road. 5 mins walk from the beach, great pool area with sunbeds. Only downside was no air conditioning in the apartment, just fans. Saying that I would definitely book this apartment again, possibly in a cooler month. I’d give this apartment a 9 out of 10 😊

The property was pretty much as described but the fixtures and fittings and finish of the facilities was a little cheap and flimsy. The smart tv was great to have but the shower was a bit of a hazard, not very safe. There was 4 of us staying at the accomodation and the sofa wasnt big enough for us all to sit together.My initial thought is as described and you get what you pay for and the location is great. Major gripe with the listing would be that i was charged an addirional 90 euros cleaning fee on top of the initial 90 euros cleaning fee charged for not emptying the fridge. Communication from the host was extremely poor, didnt once get in touch to check everything was ok and no communication was made ahead of debiting the 90 euros additional fee that was debited from my card. I’m very sorry to hear, however, that some aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We take all comments seriously and will look into the concerns you’ve raised about the shower and furnishings to see where improvements can be made. Regarding the additional cleaning fee, this was charged only due to extra cleaning required beyond the standard service, but I understand your frustration and regret that this wasn’t communicated more clearly in advance. We always aim to provide a smooth, pleasant stay for all our guests and will review our communication process to ensure better contact and transparency moving forward. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ersatzhandtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Blick vom Balkon auf's Meer eingeschränkt. Strand, Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Check-in und Check-out durch Schlüsselbox problemlos. Kommunikation mit den Damen bei Lanzahost sehr erfreulich. Alles in Allem, wieder mal ein schöner Lanzarote Urlaub und sicher nicht der letzte Aufenthalt auf dieser schönen Insel.

Un apartamento incómodo: sin gel, ni champú, ni mantel, ni persianas o estores para limitar un poco la entrada de luz (imposible dormir), con poca agua a determinadas horas.... Bien comunicado y limpio.
