A sun terrace, balcony and patio are perfect settings for a barbeque, evening dining or breakfast meals. The grounds include several acres of private gardens and woodland with an enchanting private path to Holcombe Beach.

The accommodation is split over 2 floors. The ground floor comprises of a large kitchen, dining area and lounge with a wood-burning stove and a double sofa bed. There are also two large bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The third bedroom is king size and the fourth bedroom has a single bed and double sofa bed has panoramic views and cal also function as a second lounge with a wood-burning stove and a double sofa bed. The Exe Estuary Cycle path and Wray Valley trail which leads to Dartmoor, are a short drive away. The Cathedral City of Exeter can be reached within 25 minutes by car or train.
