Wonderful condo

Condo was wonderful. Lobby and elevators were cool and clean, and elevators were very fast! We would definitely stay here again.

Did not appreciate having to pay for parking

I have never paid for parking in 30 years at a beach condo. The owner should have listed this in her listing. Did not find out until after the condo was paid for and on the day before leaving.

Annual Girls Trip!

We celebrated our mother’s 60th Birthday with a nice little getaway. The host was on top of getting me info about places to eat and shop! The Unit was perfect size and great location! Clean and very well put together!

Amazing place for Labor Dy weekend with Family!

Suzy is an exceptional host and the property was perfect for a long weekend in Orange Beach. Great place for some family "down" time with the beautiful Gulf just steps away. Plenty of great restaurants nearby and both a Rouse's & Publix easily accessible for "in home" dining!

This condo is exceptional! The wait time for elevators was great! There was always a cart or grocery buggy available. The host was quick to respond when we needed her. We will definitely stay here again!!

Better than pictured

The condo was better than pictured and bigger than expected. Kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. Great location, balcony and parking; the smaller complex is advantageous in that aspect. Note to renters: go straight to the condo, do not stop at front desk for check-in. Only need to go to front desk to purchase parking pass. Cons: the sofa and one of the chairs in the living area and one of the mattresses in the double-queen room have seen there better days. Although we did not use it, the hot tub is very small which might be important during the colder season.

Seas the Sunset is a great property. It was spacious and just what we expected from looking at the pictures. There’s a balcony on the front and back of the building with great views. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great beach vacation

Property was clean and spacious! Great views, we sat on the balcony andseen dolphins each day. Check in was simple and front desk was very friendly! Suzy was very kind and responsive! We can't wait to return again 😁

Great location!

This is a wonderful property! Great location, easy access to the pool and beach. Beds are comfortable. Suzy is a great host with open communications and addressed and acknowledged any issues we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Condo! Great Views

This property was the best! We will stay again. Susie was very accommodating and always easy to reach. The unit has two king beds and two queens! All of the beds were comfortable! We actually looked up the name of the mattress in guest room as it was fabulous! Two balconies - one ocean facing and the other street facing. Balcony was extended and we had plenty of room for our party. The unit was clean and I love keyless entry. We had friends that rented another unit and they were keeping up with keys. Great trip! We will return!

Phoenix VIII

7 of us stayed at Suzy’s condo in Orange Beach & we had a great time. Had a nice, big wrap around balcony where we spent mornings & evenings relaxing & enjoying the beach views. Right on the beach & very close to restaurants, bars & the grocery store. Everyone at the the property were very nice. Would definitely stay her again!
