It is located in a central area of the city, more precisely in the area of Piazza Cesare Beccaria, the gateway to the historic centre of Florence, but still outside the historical centre and therefore far from the ZTL and the chaos that characterise these areas, and for the presence of a free parking reserved for guests.

What makes Casa Margarita unique, in addition to the location as already specified, is the presence of a garage with free parking and reserved for guests of the apartment. Guests can arrive by car and park for free in the garage without having to look for a place on the street and without paying for private parking during the entire duration of their stay. In addition, the house has recently been renovated and is characterized by a modern and tasteful decor.
