A great location. The apartment was small, but had all you needed in terms of a good bed, clean bedlinen and towels, and the amenities you would expect. Clean and neat, however with some minor faults such as leaking water pipe for the toilet sink, hot water for approx 3-4 min shower only and a very stained carpet floor. But quiet/good noise canceling despite the location next to the bars/restaurants both on the same street and the corner of the street which were pretty busy during the MIPIM week. A decent choice for a good stay.
