Le Suquet is the historic soul of Cannes. Its small streets climb gently above the Old Port, lined with local restaurants, cafés and traditional houses that reflect the city’s oldest heritage.

Mornings often begin nearby at the lively Marché Forville, where locals and chefs browse fresh produce from the region. From there, a short walk leads down to the beaches of the Midi or the harbor.

Located on the second floor of a traditional building, this 30m² apartment offers a comfortable and practical space for discovering Cannes on foot.

The living room includes a sofa bed, television and air conditioning, while the open kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meals. A separate bedroom with a double bed provides a quiet sleeping area.

The bathroom features a shower and WC, completing the layout.

With its central location and authentic neighborhood atmosphere, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
