Villa Chiara is a beautiful villa located in the charming village of Premantura, just a short walk from the sea. It can accommodate up to 12 guests and features 6 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with a shower.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and includes modern amenities for a relaxing stay. You can unwind in the sauna, take a refreshing dip in the private pool, or enjoy meals outdoors in the covered dining area with a BBQ.

For guests traveling with pets, Villa Chiara is pet-friendly, allowing you to bring your furry friends along to enjoy the holiday. The property is fully fenced, providing both security and privacy.

Just 700 meters from the beach, Villa Chiara offers stunning sea views, making it easy to enjoy the Adriatic coastline. The lively town of Pula is only 11 km away, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions. Pula Airport is just 18 km away.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 10 EUR per night, per 1 pet. Maximum 3 pets are allowed.

Pool heating is charged an additional 25 EUR per night - payment in cash on arrival. It must be confirmed 2 days in advance and is applicable only for the entire stay.

Gutes und großes Haus. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. 200 Euro extra für die Poolheizung fande ich unangemessen. Die Sauberkeit sowie der Check In bzw. auch das Servicelevel der Vermieterin sind super. Bitte nicht mit der Sauna werben. Diese funktioniert nur bis 40 Grad und ist somit unbrauchbar…
