This apartment has King size bed with the best quality mattress for your great night sleep, 55-inches Smart TV/working table with eco-chair/full kitchen facilities/Private WIFI (300/300Mbps) and Nice Bathroom with shower. Big refrigerator/washer/dryer.

The space
If you are looking for main downtown area (JungCeylon, Bangla Walking Street, Arab Street, Central Patong and Patong beach) are next to our compound. It is easy to walk for massage shops, 100 of restaurants, few large supermarket with no transportation needed at all, everything is just a walking distance, then book this apartment. It is called the Patong Heritage (please search in net). Staying in our apartment is far superior to staying in a hotel due to its fantastic location, cheap price, and facilities (the best swimming pool and a 200-meter stroll to Patong beach through Bangla Walking Street). This apartment has an ensuite bedroom and bathroom (a studio apartment), a 55-inch Smart TV (for viewing Netflix, YouTube and cable channels), a fully supplied kitchen, a living room and a bedroom with a balcony where you can enjoy sunsets and good wine or other refreshments,as it is seaview from balcony. Additionally, the apartment has free private WIFI (300/300Mbps).

Location, Location, Location: Our project is called The Patong Heritage located at main Patong downtown situated only 200 meters from the most admired the Patong beach, which has clean water for swimming. This condominium is situated in an extremely prime prime region of the Patong shopping center. There are many restaurants in the area, including the Top Supermarket, 7-11, banks, and other stores, all conveniently located near our main entrance. This makes it easy for you to shop and then return to the apartment to relax, take a dip in the warmed swimming pool or sit at the balcony for coffee. No other listings can compare with our location and the quality of our property.

2. This 38 sqm, one-bedroom apartment is fully furnished with utilities and equipment for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully furnished with a microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwashing sink, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, plate, spoon, knife, wine opener, pot, frying pan, and other items. Please avoid cooking huge meals since the smoke alarm will go off. In addition, we provide a dining table and working table with eco-chairs for extended hours of online work, as well as fiber optic LAN cable to ensure a robust internet connection day and night.

3. For longer stays or reservations made at least ten days in advance, we provide free weekly cleaning.
