JS Villas are delighted to offer a new listing, a villa with private pool less than 1km from Pollensa old town.



Villa Can Miro is a 2 bedroom property set against a magnificent mountain back drop, set at the foot of The Puig de Maria.



You enter Can Miro into an open plan lounge diner. There are comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV. An American style kitchen is fitted with everything you could need for your self-catering holiday; Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle and filter coffee machine.



There is 1 bedroom with double bed and another twin room, both are air-conditioned, and share a family bathroom with bath, and overhead shower, toilet, sink and bidet.



From the dining room area, a door leads to the rear of the property where there is a quiet patio area for lazy siestas. There is also access to the utility area with the washing machine.



The front of the villa has a covered porch and seating for Alfresco dining and looks out towards your private pool.



Evenings out could not be easier, as Villa Can Miro is so close to the old town of Pollensa, where you will find restaurants to suit all tastes.

Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2.20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1.10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay)
