The property is distributed over two levels and features rooms on both the ground floor and the first floor, offering a comfortable and functional layout for the entire group.



With capacity for up to 14 guests, the villa is distributed across 6 bedrooms with two single beds each and an en-suite bathroom, the seventh room has a trundle bed and features an external bathroom.



Inside you will find all the necessary amenities for a perfect stay: air conditioning in the bedrooms, central heating, fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine and all the necessary kitchenware. Additionally, the villa has WiFi connection and TV.



The exterior is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate, with a well-maintained 300 m² garden, outdoor dining area, gas barbecue and a magnificent private swimming pool of 12.5 x 6.5 metres surrounded by sun loungers. It also has an external private parking area.



Pets are allowed upon request. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
