Villa Ses Porrasses is a large family villa clad in beautiful stone with capacity for 14 people in this marvellous 7-bedroom villa located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain. With its own driveway leading to this impressive property with a wraparound terrace, stunning views and spacious terraces to enjoy an outdoor dinner. The villa has two floors and consists of 2 bedrooms with two bathrooms on the ground floor and five bedrooms each with a private bathroom on the first floor. One of the bathrooms has a beautiful sunken bathtub to enjoy. All rooms are beautifully decorated to a very high standard and have air conditioning. The main L-shaped living room has sumptuous sofas to relax and an adjacent dining room, wifi and smart TV available. There is a bathroom on the ground floor and stairs leading to the rooms from the lounge. There is also an additional advantage: at the top of these stairs with doors leading to the wraparound balcony and a comfortable sitting area. The large family kitchen is on the ground floor with gas hob and electric oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a living room. In the main exterior area, large and beautiful covered terraces, it has many rest areas to enjoy drinks at sunset or relax under the sun during the day. The incredible pool has easy access from the terrace to enjoy the sunbeds around the pool. Outdoor heated pool (April, May and October only upon request and at an additional cost) with plenty of terrace space, covered terrace with dining tables and sofas. Barbecue area The tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. Important information to note: In case of key loss or if left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), so close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for registration of all guests.

The Villa is amazing and really Big! The owner was also really helpful, because the cleaning Company forget to put the keys in the lockbox, but he was there in 5 minutes and opened the door. One thing we didn't like was the mattresses; they were all very worn out and uncomfortable. The Rest was Perfect!

Schöne Anlage, tolle Gegend aber wenn nicht dringend in die Bäder investiert wird, nicht mehr vermie

Die Lage nah zum nächsten Örtchen. Geosszügige Finca mit toller Ausstattung (Pool, Billard, Küche …) Es ist alles schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise auch kaputt. Die Bäder /, duschen funktionieren nur in der Hälfte der Zimmer. Entweder kein Wasser, kaum Wasser oder kaltes Wasser. Leider sind die Duschkabinen fast allesamt kaputt. Türen lassen sich nicht mehr schließen, danach schwimmt das Badezimmer. Die Abflüsse sind verstopft und das Wasser läuft nicht ab. Die Sportgeräte ( toll dass sie da sind) funktionieren aber nicht und stehen nur rum.

Great pool and outside areas. Very spacious house

The pool, the bedrooms, the area outside were all fantastic. For some reason there were no ants in the usual places like the kitchen but there were a lot upstairs in the bedrooms and bathrooms which was a little disconcerting. Also the shower wasn’t more than a dribble in one of the bathrooms upstairs, it definitely needed an upgrade.

Great villa, all the rooms had en-suites, the kitchen came with loads of appliances and a few fun activities dotted around (pool table, ping pong, foosball). The pool was great, deep and warmed by the sun. Beds firm and very comfortable. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms was a life saver some nights The showers are a struggle if a more than 23 people are showering at once as it loses pressure, otherwise it was great.

The villa was gorgeous and well accommodating for our large family. The location is remote so you absolutely need to have rental cars. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. There were not many extras for a large family (spices, trash bags, soap, etc.) so be sure you stock up at the store before you get there. Selva is the closest town and two of the best restaurants that we ate at during our stay.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in der Finca. Der Eigentümer kam jeden Tag vorbei und hat nach allem geschaut. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Badezimmer und die Ausstattung vom Haus war sehr gut. Haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.

Diese Unterkunft ist einfach nur ein Traum in idyllischer Lage. Wir konnten dort entspannt mit 14 Pers. eine Woche Urlaub verbringen und jeder hat es genossen ein eigenes Bad zu haben. Alles war sauber und vorhanden. Sollte etwas fehlen, konnten wir uns direkt melden und es wurde umgehend reagiert. Auch ein früherer Check-In wurde auf Anfrage hin ermöglicht. Danke, dass ich meinen 40zigsten Geburtstag dort verbringen durfte und dieser Urlaub somit für alle unvergesslich bleiben wird.

Phänomenaler Außenbereich mit eigenen Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen, sehr gut gepflegter Pool.. Extrem ruhige Lage ohne störende Nachbarn. Das Interieur ist umwerfend, alles perfekt in Schuss, jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes tolles Badezimmer. Nichts.
