Maravillaは、メキシコ湾の向かいにあるシーウォールの真向かいに位置しています。 Pocket Parkから数分、西へ、そして同様に東へ向かうビーチの近くで、少し日陰を借りるために傘を借りることができます。

Cozy, extremely clean, near the elevator, and well stocked with all the essentials. Complex is close to all the sites and activities , but far enough away to not be clogged with traffic and other distractions.

Good morning Galveston!. Factual. I’m the cheapest man on the planet. Hands down will never stay in a hotel again. The pool is why I booked this place by pictures, One of the nicest pool set ups I’ve seen. Honesty no idea about the beautiful ocean view until we walked in. The amenities were beyond belief at one point I walked in to my 14 year old playing “Mission Impossible” on a N64, that boy never touched his iPhone after that. 10 of 10

Family stay

It was amazing & everything was literally as pictured ! Our small family enjoyed the views from the balcony, you can't see the sunset or rise due to it being positioned but that didn't take anything away. We just took a short walk to the beach and enjoyed that. It was very easy checking in and out.. The pools are a plus ! Definitely will be returning in the near & far future .

Spring Break

The property itself could really use some updating which they seem to be working on. Everyone was very friendly on property. Our host was amazing. This was my first time ever using VRBO and it’s truly been a great experience. I loved the short walk to the beach. It’s great to be able to walk right across the street and be on the beach. You are down from all the busy parts of the island if you want a more laid back experience. The view from the balcony was great for looking at the Gulf or even the birds and bunnies that are running around the property. The property was very family friendly.

Quiet and relaxing

The condo was decorated perfectly and was fully stocked for everything needed to accommodate us in anyway. The view from our balcony was beautiful overlooking the beautiful courtyard with pools and walkway. Our puppy totally enjoyed her first trip as well and the balcony was her favorite place to be. We will definitely be back soon and will recommend to our friends and family.

Attention to the little things!

Owner was very attentive, communicating promptly when contacted. Further, you could tell they wanted their guests to lack nothing, you could tell it in the little things, like spice packages, K pods, soap and shampoo, clean linens, books, DVDs, coffee table puzzles, legacy video game system, even the possibility of rainy days were fully covered in their thoughtfulness. We lacked for nothing and very much appreciate it!

Sharon’s happy place was so cozy and perfect for our weekend getaway. The apartment is beautiful, has a great view, and Sharon is amazing to communicate with! Plus the pool is resort style and open until 11pm! Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again 😊

Absolutely Fantastic

Our family travels to Galveston for getaways pretty often we have stayed pretty much everywhere you could possibly stay and out of all the places we have stayed this has been by far the best it was absolutely perfect the condo is fantastic extremely nice and cozy. They had stuff for the kids to do, family games, books to read. The view is awesome and to top it off it’s literally less than a minute or two walk from the beach. The property has fantastic swimming pools and hot tubs. Any time we return to Galveston this will be the place we stay. We could not have been more pleased.

Marabella Owner Makes Our Stay Delightful!

While we can say great things about the condo we just rented (clean, conveniently located, etc.), the most impressive thing was the responsiveness of the owner, Sharon. Each time we asked a question, she responded very promptly, within a minute or two. She also contacted us after check-in to follow up and see if we had other questions or needs. Great home away from home!

We had a great time in Galveston and the condo was very nice. We didn't get to enjoy the pool areas, the weather wasn't cooperating. They are doing construction on the other side of the complex, so it was a small inconvenience, and not as clean as expected. The outside of the building does need some updating, but overall a good experience. Communication with owner was great. Would definitely recommend!

It had it all

This condo had it all! It's well stocked from the pantry - to q tips - to pool toys! Check in was a breeze! The owners are responsive and kind. Parking wasn't an issue this time of year. It's clean, so clean that was such a delight! The view, it was great to relax and have a bite on the balcony while watching the waves. We loved that you can walk across the street and you are on the beach. We'd definitely stay here again!

Excellent Unit

The unit is excellent and as advertised. Great spot for a weekend with dogs at the beach. Unit was very clean. The building was under construction and grounds are underwhelming but this did not affect our stay as the location and actual unit are terrific. Owner very responsive. Highly recommend.

Nice condo

Loved the beautiful condo. It was amazing. Sadly the resort area and pools were dirty. They are trying to update but that is not an excuse for the hotbtub to be dirty.

I was born and raised in the Golden Triangle area of Texas, which is about an 30 min. away from Bolivar Beach. As a young child, my mom, dad and sister would take trips to stay in a cousin's cabin. As a teen, MANY a day was spent grabbing friends and heading to the beach! We would even bravely swim out to the 3rd sandbar!

I graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in Port Arthur and went on to Aggieland in College Station, Texas. I met a handsome young man in that sea of maroon in April of '80. We began dating right away and both worked on our degrees. Mine in teaching and his in Finance. One of the criteria for marriage was that the one I love also love the beach! He passed and we've been married for almost 37 years and have been blessed with 3 children. We have loved jumping in the car for a trip down to Galveston many times while raising our children. The sun and sand have always been my therapy! I love sitting on the shore, digging in the sand and listening to the waves as they calmly move in on the shore. We can both do this for hours.
When an opportunity to purchase a condo at the Maryville came open, I jumped on it due to the facility providing the best of both worlds. There is the comfort of staying in a nice condo with a gorgeous view of every sunset, being close enough to the beach that it's super easy to pack and drive 1 mile to easy beach access, AND staying back on the property to enjoy the hot tub, or one of 3 lovely pools, one being heated.

I hope you will take an opportunity to enjoy a stay at My Happy Place, as well, as I'd love to share it with you!

Location, location, location!!! I have stayed at the Maravilla before and really enjoyed my stay. I loved so many things about it and and was so excited to have to opportunity to own one of their lovely condos! We are happy to be close enough to popular beaches but also not in the middle of lots of congestion.
Being on the top floor provides an awesome view of the nearby water. There is also no overhead noise.

Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, and one of the largest freeform resort pools on Galveston Island. Wrist bands must be worn and social distancing in the pool area is expected.

Your small dog is welcome. Your pooch can be walked on a leash to the "Puppy Pooping area" adjacent to the east side of the complex and will want to take advantage of the onsite fenced dog run which is located off the very back parking lot.

The Maravilla is one of the few complexes on the Island with elevators. It was voted BEST condominium complex for 2020! Lots of hard work goes into running this 164 unit complex and we are proud of the 3 person leadership on the HOA board consistently working to stay ahead of improvements.

The courtyard area offers bar-b-que grill, picnic tables, lounge chairs around the pool, and a cabana which can be rented out. There is also a volleyball net for added opportunities to compete in a game! Bring your own ball, though! ;)
