We have been to Hulton Head many times. We appreciated Gary and Cindy's condo because it was clean, well kept and close to everything we needed. We walked everywhere!

Beautiful vacation home and good location

This villa was just as described. It was in a great location; close to pool, park and beach. It was 5 minutes or less walk to the park. The beach took about 8 minute walk to the beach. The cons we had during our stay was we had air conditioning problem, but Gary was very communicative and got someone to come out right away. The other con was the rug in the living room was outdoor rug and was ruff on my little boy as he’s still crawling. Also we found the carpet upstairs needs a good cleaning but overall we were very happy with our stay and enjoyed every minute of it. We loved the location and everything nearby the villa.

Wonderful place for a small group

We had 3 adults and a toddler. It was the perfect size and location. An easy walk to the beach, pool and children's museum/playground. Great patio for morning coffee and late night card games!

Perfect getaway

This property exceeded our expectations! The location was close to the beach and the activities at Coligny Plaza; no need for a vehicle, it was an easy stroll. The owner was prompt with responses and attentive. The townhouse had EVERYTHING we needed and more. We will be staying here again!

Great location and townhome!

This was a great town home to stay in on Hilton Head Island. It's a quick walk from numerous shops, restaurants and the beach! The description and photos of the property are exactly as described. I would recommend it to anybody looking to stay on Hilton Head Island!

Great property and host

We had a wonderful stay at the condo during the week of July 4th. The location was fantastic and very accommodating to all our needs. We've been to Hilton Head before so we knew what to expect. Having a pool within the condo property was great, we enjoyed it every day. The walk to the beach was reasonable and we'd definitely stay there again. Our neighbors next door were especially nice which makes one feel welcome.

Family vacation

The property was very nice and conveniently located by the beach which enabled us to get bikes and ride those as our main means of transportation when it comes to going out too.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay, very close to the pool and short walk to the beach. Right across the street from the big pirate ship playground, kids museum, and little amphitheater.

1st time back after 25 years

Came to HH as a child, decided to bring my family. It did not disappoint! The condo worked out perfectly. It was nicely decorated and a perfect location. We parked the vehicle and never drove again until we left. All was easily walkable.

Great location with ample room

Clean property within walking distance to Coligny Beach. A 10-15 minute drive to restaurants and shopping. Overall clean and ample room.for our family of 4. Bathrooms were smaller than what we expected and wish the couch was a bit more comfrtabkw juat to sit and watch TV. This wouldn't keep us from staying again though. Communication from Gary wss very thorough and check-in was a breeze.

Great Condo for a Great Family Vacation

This condo was everything as advertised! Fantastic location to both the beach and shopping/nightlife. Everything is within walking distance. Very clean and owners are very easy to work with. Well appointed...including everything you need for the beach!

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. Gary was great to work with and his property was well maintained and lovely. Close proximity to downtown Hilton Head and the beaches made this a great location. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Stay in HHI

This property was extremely clean and well kept. It was convenient to the beach and shops in Coligny. Just a few minutes walk from both. Owner supplies chairs, a wagon etc. for use. Owner was very kind and attentive to our needs. A++++

Awesome Vacation Condo

Great location, perfect for shopping, restaurants and the park. About a 5 min walk to the beach - a wagon is a must if you have small kids. The pool was right outside the back patio. The condo was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Would recommend!

Great place near shopping and the beach

We (2 couples) came to Hilton Head for a family wedding and stayed at this great condo Mother's Day weekend 2023. It is in a great little community, within a 10 minute walk to Coligy Shopping center and the beach. The patio is great for enjoying a meal. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We would definately recommend it to anyone who enjoys vacationing while having the creature comforts of home.

Gary and Cindy have lived near Pittsburgh, PA their entire lives and have been married for over 45 years. We have five children and ten beautiful grandchildren. Gary retired in January 2015 as a chemical engineer with the U.S. Department of Energy where he worked for nearly 40 years. Cindy is the owner of her own monument company and has worked in the field for over 30 years. We have enjoyed vacationing on Hilton Head Island for many years, and we would like to avail you and your family a similar opportunity for an enjoyable and memorable experience. We had been looking for a condominium for nearly two years and learned from our son about this one just coming on the market while we were traveling to Hilton Head at the end of July 2017 to see another condominium. We fell in love with the condominium because of its closeness to the beach and Coligny Plaza, ground level entry, two large walled private courtyards (front and rear), first floor bedroom with a walkout to the rear courtyard, only one flight of stairs (unlike many other condominiums), and close proximity to a grocery store, restaurants, and other retail outlets.

We view our condominium as our second home and therefore will continue to make improvements for our families' benefit and comfort as well as that of our quests. We are committed to doing our very best to make your stay a memorable experience. For anyone who has viewed this property in the past, you will find new photographs posted periodically showing our commitment to continually improving the property. We continue to make both incremental and large improvements to our condominium each year to enhance the quality of our guests' visits. We also endeavor to keep our nightly rates as reasonable possible, unlike many other owners, so that families are afforded the opportunity to enjoy all the beauties and wonders of Hilton Head Island.
