First of all, my family would stay there again. Location was a big plus as advertised. It was close to the beach, shopping, and dining. So, we could easily walk or ride bikes as needed without getting in a car each time. For the condo experience, Joe was very helpful and accessible in case we had qts. Enjoyed the lovely courtyard with the view of the pool. Was appreciative of all the beach items avaliable for us to use. The kitchen was well stocked when we wanted to cook and hang out in the spacious dining and living room area. This condo was a big part of us enjoying our stay in Hilton Head.

Location was perfect and the condo met our needs for our family of four. We got in a few hours ahead of schedule and we were able to check-in early to get a head start on our vacation! We loved our stay!

Enjoyed our stay—the short walk to the beach is wonderful and the unit is well appointed. Best couch of any rental we have had. They have towels and a beach blanket and other beach supplies for those flying in, which is nice. Hopefully the construction project next door will be complete soon for those who like to sleep in. Overall, would stay here again!

There was no deadbolt on the front door when we arrived, the back sliding door is locked using a slider lock, no actual lock at all. The rooms were upstairs & not child friendly at all. After our keypad died the 3rd night we were there, we had to stand outside & wait for a locksmith until 2:30am (total of about 6 hours in August heat) with a 2 year old. No offer to go anywhere or have additional housing provided. This experience will be our last with this host or VRBO ever again due to such poor customer service.

My apologies for the unforeseen circumstances. Your husband told me you were staying at a neighboring villa until the lock was repaired Also, I reimbursed you a night for the inconvenience. Sometimes things happen in life that are beyond anyone’s control. This was one of those situations I did everything we could to make things right paid $900 for an emergency Locksmith and again reimbursed you for the night sorry that wasn’t enough for you and I’m not sure what you mean by not child safe. No one has ever made that statement before.

Your place was great! I loved that fact that you had a cart that we could use to take to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. We will keep this on our list to rent again.

Prime Location!

We absolutely loved staying here for our girls trip! Close walking distance to beach, shops and more! Place had great amenities and the host was easy to get in touch with, would stay here again !:)
