Great condo.

Nicely decorated and comfortable. Unit is on the backside of the building so the walk was a little longer than expected but still okay. Very nice having a numbered spot to park in. Close to Coligny Plaza. Highly recommend this condo!!

Convenient and Cozy

Loved that this condo is within walking distance of the beach! Everything was clean and well-maintained and we had everything we needed. Communication with hosts was easy!

Cozy and comfortable

This condo is comfortable and provides all you need to spend a day at the beach. We all enjoyed the sparkling clean pool on hot afternoons. The condo is comfy with plenty of space for 6. We all enjoyed our stay.

Beach week ready! Not only does this have the perfect location, but the owners have made this a home away from home for their guests! Just about anything you need or want for your beach trip is available here. Our group of 6 adults were comfortable here. We easily walked to the beach, to explore the Coligny area, and for meals or shopping. The conveniences of home were here when we returned...for short times or evenings in. Thanks for a great long weekend!

Owner not very understanding during Debby

Townhouse was nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Unfortunately we only got to stay one night as Debby was coming in on Monday. When we left Monday morning, roads were already beginning to flood from the rain. I understand host isn’t required to give any type of refund, but I read where quite a few hosts were giving partial or even full refunds because of the circumstances. We didn’t want to take any chances with forecasts for record flooding. When I asked if host could give any type of partial refund, he said only if they called for a mandatory evacuation. He said that Hilton Head is never affected by tropical storms. After contacting VRBO, host said that the storm just passed over Hilton Head. Although it wasn’t as bad as forecasted to potentially be, the storm did not just pass over Hilton Head. There were areas with major flooding. People in the area were without power during part of the storm. Public businesses were closed for a couple of days. I just don’t feel like the host was very understanding of the fact that we lost so much money due to the storm, and my children’s vacation was ruined. Even a one night refund would have been helpful. We even took the time to bring stuff in from the back deck and lay the chairs down so nothing happened to them if the wind picked up. I am in the customer service industry and I just don’t feel like this was a good way to conduct business. I would not stay here again for that reasoning.

I recently stayed at a beach condo in Coligny Beach, Hilton Head, and had a nice experience. The accommodations were clean, offering a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Everything we needed!

We've been staying at Surf Court for 9 years, and this year our usual condo was booked. Luckily, I found Joe and Monica's rental which offered so much more! There were bikes, beach towels with chairs, and boogie boards. I felt like this rental was fully stocked when compared to others at Surf Court. The unit was very clean and comfortable. There was enough room for our family of four to spread out. The location is perfect too, which is why we always choose Surf Court. Very close to the beach and Coligny. We usually visit HHI 2-3 times in the summer and will definitely rent from Joe and Monica again.

Best Vacation Ever

The townhouse was better than anticipated. Very spacious & lots of extras. The title Location Location Location did not disappoint either. We were just a short bike ride or walk to the beach & Coligny Plaza. It truly was perfect. I would highly recommend this townhouse. I hope to stay again soon.

Love it

The condo was great but the wi fi was not. The upstairs back bedroom was hot when we arrived and took 2 days to cool down. Overall We loved everything about the condo and of course Joe and Monica.

Best ever!!!

Met up with a friend that moved out of state, we’ve never been to Hilton Head and totally fell in love with the town and unbeknownst to us, picked the perfect VRBO!! Comfortable, clean and so close to beach and plaza. Long walks in neighborhood and along the beach. I highly recommend this place, location and price can’t be beat!
