Fully renovated in 2026, this beautiful Alpine duplex combines mountain charm with modern comfort. Accommodating up to 6 guests, it provides the perfect base for a holiday with family or friends in the heart of the Chamonix Valley, whatever the season.
Located on the second floor of a charming chalet-style residence, the apartment has been completely redesigned and renovated using high-quality materials to create a warm, bright and welcoming living space.
Spread over several levels, the apartment offers a unique and inviting layout. The first level features a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette grill and fondue set. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a welcoming dining table.
Large floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a private balcony overlooking the lake and the surrounding mountains, providing the perfect setting to relax after a day outdoors.
The upper level features a second lounge with a comfortable double sofa bed and direct access to the bathroom. The next level offers a children\'s sleeping area with charming house-shaped bunk beds. The top floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, furnished with a double bed to create a cosy and peaceful retreat beneath the roof.
