The apartment was very smart with a black/white and silver theme. My husband found the bed comfortable but the springs poking up in the mattress caused me not to sleep the first night. After that I placed the duvet on top of the mattress and it was all OK. Kitchen facilities were good.Bathroom floor was undulating with a rubber mat not completely anchored to the floor - a bit of a trip hazard.However, those were the negatives.Overall the apartment was great with a nice aspect over trees and back gardens. The dark blinds were needed for early morning black out. The place was quiet.Alert: parking in the street is a bit tricky with restrictions at certain times. We arrived late in the evening and didn't read the sign (our fault) and copped a fine. There were instructions inside the apartment but we didn't read that until too late.
