This special neighborhood has many fine features. It’s a 5-minute walk across the river to the monumental Piazza del Popolo and on to the Spanish Steps. Piazza Navona and the Pantheon just south of nearby Castel Sant’Angelo. Between Vatican and Saint Peter’s Basilica. Subway station and great shopping nearby. Art Nouveau architecture and boulevards echo Paris. The neighborhood is known for cuisine.

From the living room, dining room and bedroom balcony you can appreciate the famous Art Nouveau buildings of the neighborhood.

Luxury throughout with a grand entrance beautiful floors, large windows, good light, fine art, elegant furniture and space. The living room, dining room and kitchen all are large enough to accommodate all guests. Enjoy the art and artistic plasterwork that decorate this elegant space.

Beds have hypoallergenic mattresses. Two bedrooms can be configured with 2 singles or 1 large queen for flexibility.

Nearby hotel is convenient for picking up tours and taxis, even breakfast in the hotel cafe that has a nice sidewalk presence in warm weather.

We spent a wonderful week at this elegant, spacious, lovely apartment. The rooms were large, comfortable and well maintained. Our host was welcoming and easy to reach. And the air conditioning worked well - not a small thing when visiting Rome in August. We also loved the location. The apartment is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood that feels far away from the congestion of downtown Rome. But everything we wanted to do or see was a comfortable walk or an easy bus ride away.

Gorgeous Italian home near Vatican

This home was so beautiful and so well located. We could walk to everything we needed to. Very comfortable beds and great bathrooms. They even stocked us with food!

Outstanding Apartment in Excellent Location

Everything about this stay was perfect! The unit was spotless, spacious, and very well equipped. And the location was super convenient and easily walkable to the majority of the ancient city historic sites and attractions, and The Vatican. Located in a safe walkable neighborhood with many shops and restaurants within comfortable walking distance. Would strongly recommend for a central Rome location!

2 families stayed for 4 days at New Year. It was very spacious, in a quiet location and perfect location to go and walk over the river into the more touristy areas, as well as next to the Vatican. Everything was perfect.

This four-bedroom, three-bath apartment is spacious, well-furnished, and lovely. Everything was perfect. We especially liked the neighborhood -- close enough to walk to all the sites but not touristy. There are many wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood. We especially liked Romeo and a family run restaurant next door to Romeo on Via Silla.

wonderful stay

Property was gorgeous. The amenities were lovely and the location was perfect as it was on a quiet street yet minutes away from restaurants, shops, cafes. Barbara was very sweet and communicative throughout the stay. She even stocked the home with water and fruits and few snacks for our arrival which was so nice after a long trip. Highly recommend. We felt very safe in the area and were out till midnight on most nights with kids.

Just what we needed.

This place is great. We stayed here with 8 people, 4 adults and 4 kids. It was safe, clean, easy to use, and enough room to really spread out! We needed WiFi, AC, and a place to wash and dry our clothes and they did not disappoint. The beds were comfortable and clean. The location is nice because it was more residential and less tourist so you had more local restaurants. Thanks again!

Absolutely Wonderful!

I know that this review is late, but it is worth letting prospective vacationers know how remarkable this apartment is.... First of all, it is quite large, and it is very well maintained. The owner did a splendid job in maintaining the architectural beauty of the apartment while updating it with such amenities as air conditioning and WiFi. It is very clean and comfortably sleeps 6, (that is how many were in our group). We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Italy Perfect was responsive and attentive to our needs. Wonderful experience!!

First time in Rome

The apartment was absolutely stunning, clean and had everything you needed. There was more than enough room for the five of us. Everything is very walkable and we ate it several very good restaurants within blocks. Check in with very easy and we enjoyed the snacks and other goodies left for us. We had an amazing time and didn't want to leave! We will be back and we will be renting the London in Paris apartments as well. Thank you again to our wonderful hosts!! Brent C And Friends. We had a wonderful time. The apartment was perfect for our group of six women. Two had their own bedrooms and that worked out very well. We were able to walk to the Vatican and there were several nice restaurants close to the apartment. The beds were great and all the bathrooms had been updated. Pat from Italy Perfect helped us find transportation from the airport and the check in/out process was seamless. Pat was so helpful and gave us many ideas about packing, restaurants and transportation. I would highly recommend this apartment and Pat from Italy Perfect. If I were going to return I would love to stay there again.

Perfect place to stay in Rom

We had a wonderful time staying in the beautiful apartment while in Rome over Christmas. There were 2 families - a total of 9 people and we had plenty of room. We cooked dinner in the kitchen Christmas day and were able to all fit at the dining room table. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and markets close by and the Vatican is a 15 minute walk one directions, the Spanish Steps 15 minutes the other direction. We walked everywhere from this location - it is close enough to the sites but away from the crowd. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, quiet and had all the amenities we needed. We were welcomed and shown around the apartment and treated to some wine and snacks from the owner. The staff is available to help with anything you need but we had all we needed! Don't miss the chance to stay here - We will be back!

3 day stay in July 2022

The apartment and location nothing short of fabulous. Traveled with family of 6 (aged 8-78) and each had their own (5) bedrooms. Location is just outside (2 blocks) the old city (prati) easily accessible by cab or very short walk. Apartment is huge with 15 feet ceiling and beautifully decorated. This is the way a Rome trip is meant to be. Best part for me is that the apartment in every room is incredibly quiet. As a New Yorker I needed that break when on vacation . All good, cites etc easily accessible. Only negative I would say is that while the apartment is air conditioned it was still a tad warm be it in we were in a July heat wave. I think air conditioner adequate but it was just my American sensibility and used to freezing AC even in hottest days of summer. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Beautiful apartment

Apartment is in very good order, neat and clean, nicely decorated, not over refurbished and more than enough space for 8 of us. Great area as to visit the various must sees in Rome. Also a lot of good restaurants, bars, bakeries, grocery stores in walking distance. One of the best gelaterias 5 mins by foot... Last but not least very friendly, flexible and helpful host.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

Centrally located and easy walks to most everything in the city; Vatican, Borghese Gallery, Colossuem, Spanish Steps, Trastevere, Trevi Fountain, and one block off another main shopping street Via Cola di Rienzo. The apartment worked well for our family of 7. We would definitely return. Owner and her staff were great to work with.

We had a total of two families staying together in this lovely property. Set in the heart of Roma near the Vatican, this apartment was spectacular. It had everything you needed and was central to restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, etc. Additionally, you're only a few blocks away from transit to anywhere within Roma. We were extremely comfortable in this gorgeous apartment. I highly recommend this place to any traveling to Roma looking for a centrally located, private, quiet and safe environment.

Our month in Rome

We loved our apartment (5 bedrooms, 3 baths). Our experience couldn't have been better. The staff was always pleasant and accommodating. The only negative aspect of the apartment was getting the gate and the outside gate opened. Barbara was a wonderful greeter and always on top of everything. I would definitely recommend Italy Perfect.
