This 3-apartment combination, EP9 GUT, includes three unique apartments with access to lovely rooftop terraces. They are located in a charming 1930s residence spread over four levels, all accessible by stairs.

The building has four apartments in total, and the rooftop terraces are shared by all residents.

All apartments are equipped with all necessary amenities (linen, crockery, A/C, Wi-Fi etc.), though some amenities differ per apartment.

• Elevated ground floor (8 steps above street level)
• Sleeps 4 in queen-size beds (can be set up as singles)
2. Apartment EP9U – Two-Bedroom
• First floor (30 steps above street level)
• Sleeps 2 in a king-size bed, 2 in a queen-size bed, and 1 on the sofa bed in the living room
• Two full bathrooms (one en suite)
4. Apartment EP9T – Studio
• Rooftop level (43 steps above street level via external metal staircase)
• Sleeps 2 on a queen-size bed

Varying Amenities
• TV: Standard TV in EP9G and Smart TV in EP9U
• Washing machine: Small one available on the rooftop for EP9G and EP9T; EP9U has a washing machine inside the apartment
• Additional EP9U amenities: Dishwasher and private balcony

Early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on availability. Standard times are 3:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM check-out.

For arrivals after 21:00, we recommend pre-booking our trusted taxi service. Payment is made directly to the driver, who will also check you in at no extra charge. If you arrive on your own, a staff member will meet you and a €20 late check-in fee applies.
