The inside of the house was fairly clean but there still were spider webs, dust, and hair from animals, including the outside patio bird poop that we cleaned up. The host was, Europarks staff, on site was nice but the office only opens at 9 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. It was a wonderful family friendly and enjoyable vacation home for 9 adults and 3 kids. The location at the canal was wonderful and quiet and very enjoyable for all kinds of outdoor activity. The shops were fairly close by but you need a bicycle or car to get there. The onsite store has limited items. I must say we would, as a family, book again a vacation locations through Europarks Port Amsterdam. Thank you for some incredible memories that were made.

Het inchecken verliep soepel, we kregen gemakkelijk een 3e pas. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de welkomst consumpties.De woning zelf was basic ingericht, bijvoorbeeld geen nespresso apparaat, weinig ophang haakjes in slaapkamer en badkamer. Er was achterstallig onderhoud.Onze moeder van 90 jaar kon heel moeilijk over de drempel van de voordeur stappen, was erg hoog.Pluspunt: goede matrassen en dekbedden, huis is goed te verwarmen.
