I haven’t reviewed this property as I don’t like to be negative, but as you have asked I will be completely honest. The property was very disappointing, and not what I’d hoped for. Firstly the toilet was very small, this made the bad smell in inside it even worser. The shower is very very small, if you are a solid man it would be hard to shower in it. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, this is probably why it has spots of mould in a few locations in bathroom.The dinning table wasn’t cleaned well, neither was the floor or the rug under the dinning table. Smaller things that were disappointing, We were 3 guests but they only gave us 2 coffee pods. The apartment was very hot, not surprising because of the hot weather, but the apartment could use a couple of floor fans. There was 1 good one, and one that did nothing to cool the room. So would be advisable to get at least 1 more if not 2 fans. The cloths washing machine, needs a service, it makes a lot of banging noise and shakes the room when in use. Overall I was disappointed with the apartment and its below average condition, I won’t recommend it to any friends, nor will I return in the future.

Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber, es befand sich Schimmel an mehreren Stellen an den Wänden und Haare im Bett. Die Klospülung lief dauerhaft und die äußerst kleinen Dusche war verschimmelt. Der Boden war nicht geputzt, es fanden sich Zahnseide und Staub am Boden und die Oberflächen waren offensichtlich nicht gewischt worden sowie der Badmüll nicht geleert worden. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war leider sehr schwierig, auf zahlreiche Nachrichten und Anrufe wurde nicht reagiert. Schon im Vorfeld war wochenlang auf keine Nachricht bezüglich des Check-ins geantwortet worden. Die Wohnung wurde aufgrund unserer Beschwerde am Folgetag erneut geputzt, es befanden sich jedoch auch danach wieder Haare im Bett und die Oberflächen waren nicht gewischt worden. Es wurde Schimmelspray auf die Flecken an der Wand gesprüht. Auf weitere Beschwerden und Rückforderung der Kaution wurde nicht reagiert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut, jedoch kann dies den mangelhaften Zustand nicht wett machen.
