The Space:

A spacious open plan barn for two. Upon entering you arrive to the lounge area with large comfortable sofa and smart tv. To one side of the lounge area is the bedroom area with a sumptuous super king bed and wardrobe.

To the other side is the kitchen and dining area. A dining table seats four and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hobs, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and fridge freezer.

A modern separate bathroom offers a bath and separate shower.

A washing machine is also available for use in a separate utility cupboard.

Light and airy with Velux windows, this country retreat has been thoughtfully renovated.

Outside in the courtyard is a table and chairs - perfect for a morning coffee.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the whole barn.



The Neighborhood:

This property is situated on a farm, in a rural location just 10 minutes from Bath. There are some work units nearby and a farm house that sleeps 14 that is also a holiday let. Nearby is a local golf course across the way. There is also an excellent pub just a 20 min walk away.



Getting Around:

We would recommend bringing a car to this property as public transport is limited.



Other Things to Note:

Parking is located directly outside the Barn. This property is ideal for those with mobility issues as the whole space is all on one level.

One dog is welcome by request. There is a charge of £35 for a dog.

One of the properties off the main courtyard has a number of pools / ponds on their land. We would therefore advise vigilance if you are bringing young children with you as open water could be a hazard.
