Chic Townhouse by the Sea @ Villacana Playa!

Elegant townhouse located next to the beach, the perfect property for a relaxing seaside holiday! The house has been tastefully decorated through out. Split across three floors, the living space is downstairs with an open dining/living space which opens onto a quaint, private courtyard. The master bedroom is upstairs and is en suite. Opposite is a larger second bedroom, complete with a mezzanine which has been cleverly designed to have two single beds. Located in between Puerto Banus and Estepona, Villacana Playa is a fantastic choice of accommodation. After cooling off in one of the 4 outdoor pools, you can stop by one of the 2 restaurants for a drink, or relax with a drink in one of the 4 lounge bars. A poolside bar and a children's pool are other highlights. La Cancelada Village is about a 15 minute walk. Closest large supermarket 5 minute drive (there is a smaller shop a 2 minute walk away) Malaga airport 40 minutes. Estepona and Puerto Banus are around 15 minutes by car. The stairs to the mezzanine are exposed, so may not be suitable for young children. Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following: 9pm - Midnight 20 euros Midnight - 2am 40 euros After 2am 60 euros This amount is payable in cash at the property. For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in.
