Great weekend with friends

A fantastic, clean property in a great location. The villa had everything we needed - cooking equipment, plenty of space and seating (including outside!), comfortable beds and brilliant air conditioning. Christina was very helpful and attentive when we were in the property and for check-in / check-out.

Beautiful Home

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Great house. Great outside area and pool. Great location. We loved being able to walk to the restaurant on the beach. Iwould definitely recommend renting this home.

Great place!

We have just returned from a weeks stay here and it was perfect. The pictures don’t do this villa justice. Christina couldn’t do enough for us and we would happily return! The restaurant on the beach just a few minutes walk was a hidden gem aswell and we would highly recommend a meal there. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect place for our family

This was a great place for our family to settle in during our time in Algarve. The house is conveniently located near two beaches within walking distance, the Apolonia grocery store, and several restaurants. The house is spacious and has a great outdoor space. Christina answered all of our questions upon arrival and during our stay. We’d stay here again!

As a family of 5 we loved our week at the villa. It was well equipped and very comfortable. The location worked well for us. You are less than 5 min walk from the small cove with a seafood restaurant and 10 mins from an 5 mile stretch of golden sand with sunbeds and beach restaurants. We walked to a number of local restaurants in the evening. Olive was our favourite about a 15 min walk. Supermarket is 5 mins away. We hired a car and explored some of the local towns which were ok but nothing special to be honest. Vilamoura was nice though. I would say that a boat ride to the local caves is a must (from Albufeira marina). Overall it was a great place to kick back and relax.

Amazing House

This house was so comfortable for us. Went with several friends for a milestone birthday. We loved everything about this property. Great hanging out by the pool, loved the balconies, the short walk to the nice restaurant/bar on the beach and close to lots of activities. Would definitely stay here again!

My biggest fear when booking a rental house is that the listing is misleading. This is absolutely not the case. This property is GREAT and 100% as advertised. Quiet side street with ample parking, beautifully landscaped yard, pool was perfect. The house was immaculately cleaned. Ms Christina, the groundskeeper, was SOOOOO nice, polite, punctual and knowledgeable. The house was immaculately clean. The beach is a legit 10 min walk and is a beautiful beach with great beach bar and restaurant. If I come back to Albufeira, im booking this property and not wasting my time looking at other ones. Absolutely 10/10 recommend this listing.

Ladies that lunch!

The owners were helpful with the planning; and the property was exactly as promised. All requests were accommodated. Prefect location for the beach restaurant, and supermarket a short walk. The supermarket also delivered to the villa ready for our arrival, which meant we could enjoy all aspects of our short break.

Fabulous Villa

The Villa was enormous. Beautifully furnished and well maintained. It was fully equipped with all the cookware items you could think of. Lots of books and games available and of course a gym on the lower level. Exceptionally clean. Air conditioning was excellent and really needed in 38 degree heat. Check-in was smooth and Cristina had our requested groceries ready upon our arrival. The highlight was the lovely pool and spacious outdoor areas for al fresco dining. Was within walking distance to beach, supermarket and several restaurants. Can’t recommend this Villa highly enough and will surely return here in the future. Amazing property!

We had an amazing stay at this property, honestly the most beautiful and clean villa we have ever stayed in! Easy and efficient check in, nothing was too much, we asked for some essential groceries as we was arriving late and an amazing lady got everything we asked for and more! The pool and garden area was beautiful and the gardeners came twice in our three night stay to make sure everything was clean and tidy. We honestly would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you so much!

50th Celebrations

A perfect property for a girls get-together. 10 mins taxi to Albuferia. 5-10 mins walk to nearest beach. A small quiet area with a few restaurants/ amenities. Lovely clean villa, all the essentials (and more) provided. Cristina kindly got us some essential provisions in, for our late arrival, Andreia became our personal taxi driver (recommended by the villa) and what a great asset she was. A superb villa, highly recommended.

Gale 2022

From the point of booking, communication has been excellent! The description of the Villa, the location and local amenities was superb. On arrival Mrs. Cristina helped answer all our questions about the region too. A modern, well appointed villa with superb facilities and fantastic access to different beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The in house Gym was a massive bonus too! Can’t fault the holiday experience on the whole and wouldn’t think twice about returning. We had 3 children under 13 with us and having your own pool and 3 beaches all within a maximum 8 minute walk of each other was worth its weight in gold! Thank you for an excellent stay in the Algarve!!

Stunning Villa!!

Stayed at this amazing villa to celebrate our friends birthday. The communication pre check in was outstanding and we were able to get an early check in which was accommodated in a friendly, no hassle way. Cristina was there to greet us with a friendly smile and gave us an informative tour of the villa- the tour did not stop there! We asked we here the nearest shop was and Cristina walked us to the door of the supermarket which was only a 15 minute walk but we would not have known it was there without Cristina’s help. During our stay Cristina helped us with taxi bookings and bringing us an item we did not have- all of which was done with a friendly approach. The Villa itself was immaculate, spacious and had every amenity that you could need. Outstanding Villa and host. Thank you!

Fantastic villa metres away from a beautiful beach with restaurant.

This beautiful modern villa has everything you need. The photos dont do it justice. Very well equipped villa with a lovely thoughtful welcome pack awaiting us. Spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed sitting on the upper balcony in the evenings with a glass of wine listening to the dound of the sea. We arrived earlier than the agreed check in time so Christina allowed us to drop off our luggage and gave us beach towels so we could enjoy the beach while we waited for check in time. We got a call from Christina 2 hours earlier than the agreed check in time to tell us that we could book in then. Fantastic service from all involved. Lots of really nice restaurants within walking distance but we used Uber to travel to furter away places and they were very reasonably priced. I am already looking forward to returning to this fantastic villa next year.

We are coming back !!

We had an amazing few days at this villa. It was bigger and better than the photos look. The wrap around terrace upstairs and furniture and views of the sea were lovely. The villa is within walking distance to bars, restaurants and a few beaches. The area is lovely and peaceful yet a short taxi ride from Albufiera. Cristina was the most helpful and accommodating when we arrived at the villa and made check in easy for us. The villa itself is well laid out, we loved the gym downstairs. Everything was very clean, comfy beds, and in lovely condition. We agreed to book again for next year if we can ! Highly recommend !!

You will love this place!

Thank you to the Owner who has put together one of the best VRBOs that we have ever stayed at. Everything you could need was provided for and nothing has been forgotten. All of the details were covered and well communicated. Christina met us at the home when we arrived. She was warm, and welcoming and gave us a great tour of the home. If you have children there you will need to keep a close watch on them in pool and weight room. The pool was exceptionally clean, enjoyable and we loved that it was so nice and deep at least 6 feet or more. We were so impressed by the close proximity of the pretty beach here. We rented an umbrella and two chairs for twenty euro on the beach. That's a little bit expensive but it was for the whole day and the lounge chairs were very nice and comfortable. We spent one day in Salema on the beach and then later that afternoon we went for a boat ride out of Lagos to see the beach caves on the Discovery catamaran boat. We spent three nights total and I wish that we could have stayed at least two more days to just relax, the home is like a mini resort. The only negative thing (and I hate to say anything negative about this lovely home) was the mattresses. The mattress in the main floor bedroom was so hard and uncomfortable. My body ached from the hardness of the mattress. Other than that, everything else was wonderful! Every detail in this home was thought of. The views of the ocean are quite nice. We felt safe with the abundance of security measures that were on this property from cameras to motion detectors. We especially liked closing the exterior window covers at night. We recommend that you plan to spend at least one whole day sitting by the pool, hanging out on the beach, and having dinner at the beach restaurant. The food at the beach restaurant was okay and the service was average but the setting of the restaurant at sunset is spectacular.

It is hard to describe how perfect this home was for our family vacation

We are a family of 7, myself, my husband, our three boys (19, 16, and 7 years old) and my parents. A short walk and you arrive at 3 beaches, with perfect for sunsets, boogie boarding for my 7-year-old, plus offer shade in a gorgeous café for my parents to treat themselves. My dad turned 82 here and the restaurant at the end of the boardwalk to the closest beach had staff that created an unforgettable experience including a waiter that taught this land locked Canadian how to debone a fish (used this skill in later meal). My husband and I had a lunch at a beautiful view of Gale beach, (learned to make the most delicious sangria), ate sweet honey prawns, oysters, and delicious salads topped. We also were able to thoroughly enjoy an afternoon on another patio with a sea view sipping sangria, sampling muscles, and finding a playlist on Spotify that the waiter was proud to share. My parents and I found incredible gifts for our loved ones in Gale and a tourist shopping district in Albufeira and the older boys and I shared refreshments in old town where they were joined a lively game of volleyball with some young Irishmen (Being victorious they shared a “mystery” pink and brown post-match). The house was spotless and well stocked. The pool was clean, and my 7-year-old was thrilled to have free access. Even the grandparents took a dip! We cooked delicious meals using the amazing grocery stores nearby (walk to Apolonia and a short uber ride to Albi). The kitchen had more than enough useful tools. There was even a gym in the basement for the older boys to show our youngest how to use the equipment! The washing machine and drying area was excellent. The view of the ocean and sun set from the top deck left us sipping beautiful Rose and enjoying conversations waiting to happen for years. My two older boys had the time of their lives including an incredible evening on the strip where they enjoyed the activity and friendly people, and my youngest son will be just old enough to remember the highlights with the help of the amazing pictures possible with the endless opportunity to capture the beauty around us. In the end, what set this place aside from the others we have stayed at was the warm welcome we received from Christina when we arrived. She explained everything we would need to know and offered up her personality and beautiful smile. Her welcome set tone for a holiday that will surely not fade from our memories. Thank you.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and beach. Fantastic villa.

We had a great holiday with family ranging from 12-62yrs old. We didn’t hire a car but the owner put us in touch with Andrea at Break holidays for our airport transfer which was 80euros each way for the 7 of us. You really don’t need a car as we were within 10min walk of 4/5 restaurants, supermarket and the beaches. The one close by is lovely and quiet with a restaurant with lovely fresh fish and the larger beach 10min walk has water sports. We also used uber to get to the water park and designer shopping outlets which were 30min drive. The villa itself was beautiful, had everything we could have wanted, including the use of bikes, aircon worked well and added bonus of gym. The teenagers were pleased to have Wi-Fi and the DVD player. The villa was beautifully clean, great views, and has washing machine etc Cristina met us at the villa even though we didn’t arrive until after midnight. We will definitely be returning to Gale!
