Regarding the layout, the apartment is a loft-style space and the description and photos aim to show this configuration as clearly as possible. The bedroom and living area are part of the same open space, which is typical for this type of property. For the shower and hot water, we wish we had been informed during your stay so we could have intervened immediately. The drain and boiler can be checked quickly and our team is always available to assist when guests report an issue. The temporary power outage you experienced unfortunately affected the whole building and was outside of our control. As for heating, it is centrally managed and we are always happy to explain how it works if guests need assistance. Regarding supplies such as toilet paper and towels, we provide a starter set at check-in and are always happy to bring additional items when requested. Finally, the spiral staircase and the street parking situation are typical characteristics of historic buildings and central areas of Rome, and we try to describe them as accurately as possible in the listing so guests know what to expect.
