Private parking space.
Located in a quiet area but a few steps from the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks).
Just 800 meters from the Metro C "Graniti", just 4 km from the Monte Porzio Catone motorway exit (A1).
The apartment is large and bright. You have access to the large terrace from several windows, equipped at the entrance with a coat rack and luggage storage room.
Extremely well-kept kitchen with coffee machine (with pods), microwave, oven and dishwasher. All rooms are equipped with TV. Possibility of adding a camping bed for children. Air conditioning. Washing machine.
Equipped terrace for moments of relaxation, breakfast or lunch outside.
Quiet but well connected to the center. Parking space. Just 15 min. from the Castelli Romani and the archaeological area of Gabi. Not suitable for disabled people.
