Myconian Platinum Villa has been designed to flow elegantly between indoor and outdoor living. Pioneering a timeless contemporary Cycladic architecture, influenced by traditional Greek tone. Interior has been eclectically signed, vastly incorporating natural materials like local Myconian stone as well as massive parts of wood delivering absolute comfort in breath-taking surroundings, making you feel like home, away from home.
This 3 bedroom villa provides the privacy & tranquility guests seek during their holidays with the comfort they require & with lots of features of a smart house, from lighting to air-conditioning, satellite TV etc. The kitchen - as well as numerous furniture - has been picked from signed brands, while lots of touches have been added by Myconian carpenters offering a unique fashionable elegance.
In accordance with the new government regulations,the enviromental fee for the property is as follow:

01/04-30/10:15.00 euros per night
01/11-31/03: 4.00 euros per night
